“Friendly and courteous hotel staff (front desk, housekeeper, and maintenance). I arrived a bit early for check-in, so understandably, the room was not ready. However, I was made a room key and told that they would call me once the room was ready. By the time I went to grab food, a mile or two away from the hotel, I received a call that the room was ready. This made my afternoon as I had been driving long hours, and all I wanted was to shower, sit down, and eat my food. I was able to rest and continue with my trip on the next day. Thank you!”
