Brent was a huge help when my alternator, belt & battery went out late in the evening & over 1k miles from home!
He found the right parts, kept the store open late when we needed more & continued to check on me while we made the repairs in the parking lot!

I normally don’t wright review but today around 8:20ish soon as I walk to the counter asking if they had fuses because my radio wasn’t working so I assumed it was a fuse well when I asked the older man rolled his eyes at me got really rude while the other young Hispanics looked like he was gonna help me till the older man said we don’t check fuses or anything like that very rudely idc who you are but don’t be rude to your costumers I’ve been ordering parts from there for awhile now I could have sued them awhile back for saleing me a crappy part that costed me 1000$ to get my car up and running agin but I let that go but I will not be buying anything from this location agin treat your costumers correctly and speak to them in a respectful manner

Dalton was awesome!! My Tahoe was acting up and I was scared to turn it off because I had to get my kids from school and didn't want to be stranded. He did a little checking around and we decided battery was the best place to start. He swapped it out for me quickly and got me back on the road. Very thankful for his help today!!

Disappointing Customer Experience
My husband and I visited [Location Name] this morning in search of a small tire compressor at approximately 8:45 am. Upon inquiring at the counter, the staff member directed us to its location. While my husband was inspecting the compressors, we observed an incident that left us deeply disappointed.
A young staff member accompanied an elderly lady with car trouble to her vehicle—a scene that initially appeared to be a gesture of assistance. However, to our surprise, he handed her a gallon of water and promptly returned to the store without offering any further help. This act struck us as rude and disrespectful, particularly considering the woman's fragile state at her age, which we estimate to be in her mid-80s.
Moved by empathy, my husband approached the lady and offered his assistance. She inquired about the water and expressed her urgent need to reach her doctor's appointment. With kindness and care, my husband proceeded to assist her in pouring the water into her vehicle, closed the hood of her truck, and received her heartfelt gratitude.
During their brief interaction, the lady shared with my husband the recent loss of her husband, highlighting the challenges she faces alone. This experience underscored the importance of compassion and support, especially in times of distress.
Regrettably, the behavior of the young staff member towards the elderly lady falls short of basic standards of customer service and human decency. We believe that every individual, regardless of age, deserves respect, kindness, and assistance when in need.
As a result of this disappointing encounter, we have decided that we will not be returning to [Location Name] in the future, even as passing travelers. We feel compelled to share our experience in the hope that both the local community and the management, including the corporate office, take notice and address this concerning lapse in customer service.
We trust that appropriate action will be taken to ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and care, reflecting the values of respect and empathy that should define every interaction at any location especially here.

Lovely franchise. Got stuck in Crockett and the two employees/general manager were helpful when figuring out what to buy and informing me about which mechanic to call. Very polite and tried their best to offer solutions. Thank you for yalls help!

I never have a problem with the staff until today, the girl treat me that I was stupid i really think she hates her job, every body else is nice if I go back I will try to avoid her.

They helped me test my battery, alternator and starter the battery died in my car and I wasn’t sure if it was the battery everything tested okay and they didn’t pressure me to but a battery. o’reilly auto parts is super helpful.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was on a road trip with my family and a light came on in the cluster gages. They tested my battery and alternator right for free. They didn't find any problems and sent us on our way.

I working on my truck. Needed 1/2 inch drive and 14 m to fix my truck. Told me on next visit I would get 10 bucks off. Said going need an fuel pump later. The girl said you will ten bucks off. So worked on my truck got where I can get to the fuel pump. Went back to O'Reilly's got the fuel pump and they told me your not going get the ten bucks off because it takes 24 to 48 hours before the ten dollar coupon is text to you. Talk to someone that's been there for a while and said you can do a refund and discount. Really. I'm going do it. I don't waste money.
