The two ladies that work the drive-thru in the morning both have bad attitudes. When I arrived, they stared at me for the longest and rolled their eyes at me at least three times, especially the lady to my left and your right that looks like she could be Hispanic maybe, before acknowledging me. I had one simple question, just one question which they could’ve answered and I would’ve been gone because I did not have an account to do what I needed to do, but instead they exchanged words back and forward after each glance/eye-roll? I understand that most people are not morning people but you could tell from the moment I pulled up that they wished I never would.Be blessed!

The Branch Manager Cathy Crawley had no desire to assist me resolve a business concern. I had to contact customer service to get assistance. Prosperity has a Diversity Policy that I feel is not followed by this branch. I would not recommend opening a business account with this branch.

Not good customer service today. Been there many times. Those visits were pleasant and efficient. Today i came into the lobby to get some quarters. Stood in the lobby from some time without service. One was entering receipts into the computer. One was helping another customer. Three were in offices close at hand. Two were talking near the drive through windows. The scanning person said she would help me shortly but she walked right past the two talking to help someone in the drive through before getting to me. Told her I needed change. A few moments later she called me over to her window. She asked for my account number. Don't have an account there. She said "We do not give change unless you have an account with us." How absurd! A bank that will not give change without an account number! I did not ask to cash a check or some other ID required transaction. Not happy.

I was in banking for over 12 years and worked my way up from a teller to an assistant branch manager. Look at the picture. Not happy with the customer service from here. The branch manager refused to accept this money because it was "mutilated." According to the US Federal Reserve Bank in St. Louis, this money is not considered "mutilated" because "Mutilated currency, refers to a note that has been damaged so badly that 50% or less of it remains, or its condition is such that its value is questionable. "I was given a printout to send the money via registered mail, return receipt request to the Dept of Treasury or the U.S. Mint and I'd receive a replacement in 6-36 months.In other words, they didn't want to have to take the money.(Sarcasm) That's some great customer service!

They are a joke. They don't keep their word and only care about themselves. Kathy is two faced and tells you what you want to hear , until something happens and she crawfishes. They need to be held accountable for their lies and poor follow through with customer service. Backing your word gains my respect not a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Ronda was very disrespectful and treated me poorly. Never been treated so poorly at any place of business in my entire life. I will be closing the account and share my experience with everyone I know.

I went to this facility and wanted a print out of my account and was told that I would have to pay $5.50 for a page. When I told the teller I guess I will have to change banks, teller stated "Maybe you will." I have banked with Prosperity for many years and have never encountered this before. More than one bank here in Crockett!

I do my deposit drop everyday for the business I manage! The ladies there are always so sweet! Vicky has got to be the sweetest teller around! On top of that, there is hardly EVER a wait time AND they are one of the few banks around that still give out suckers to the kiddos! All around, my business chose the right bank to bank at!
