Customers find it to be a great place with the best discounts, very organized and clean every time. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and always welcoming, especially at the front counter. One employee in the garden department was noted as being awesome, helpful, and super informative. The store also features a Pet Washing Station, which provides the best experience for washing a dog, compelling some to travel hours to use it. However, there are some criticisms. A veteran expressed disappointment, feeling the company does not honor Veterans enough compared to others. A practical note for shoppers is to call ahead for propane, as it can sometimes be sold out or the service technician may be unavailable. Overall, many find it absolutely so much better than others, with staff willing to get items they do not have in stock.
This tractor supply is absolutely so much better than all the others. Every time I go in, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If they do not have what you're looking for, they will get it for you.
