Tyer's Processing is an old fashioned country meat market in Crockett, proudly serving East Texas since 1976. They process cattle, hogs, lamb, and deer, and make their own sausage in a variety of flavors. Customers report they do an amazing job, with meat packaged and labeled really well and often processed within two weeks. The owners are noted as the nicest folks, making for a very pleasing experience. Many customers, including first-timers, become forever customers and look forward to using them in the future.
