They didn't have many phones to choose from or the one I wanted. They told me my old phone didn't work and it works fine. They ordered me a new phone. They didn't have any accessories for me to purchase with my new phone. I have to wait until the weekend now to go to another town to purchase accessories.

I am very happy with the service that I received at Russell Cellular Gilmer. The staff there are always polite and helpful. They go to great lengths to satisfy and meet my needs.

The ladies (Kimberly, Mandy, &Tessa) in Gilmer have gone above & beyond to be kind, helpful, and efficient. (And, in my opinion, they have the patience of saints!) My sister and I have spent quite a bit of time there this past week when I had to get a new phone. I couldn't be more pleased with any service than I have with them. This experience was made as pleasant as it could be considering I HATE switching phones and services. 😁 Kudos, ladies, you are top notch...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

There is too many add-on charges. Representative did not explain anything to me. I paid $62.00 when I was there. I was told that my bill would be around $100. per month. I just got a bill for $168.00. I will never go to Verizon for anything. The worst cellular co I have ever done business with. I will probably go back to AT&T.
