Poor service no customer service skills rushed me out and did not let me get what I wanted done I went in and told them what I wanted and they only did one service asked me to leave come back the next day I go back the next day and they say they cannot do my nails because people only do by appointment didn’t offer water or anything poor service

I called and made an appointment for 3 mani/pedi and 1 pedi. It was a gift from my son for mother's day. My daughter was getting tiger eye for $85, and granddaughter was $95. I was just getting French tips. The fastest and should have been 1st. They were not prepared for us even though we had an appointment. We were sent back to do the pedi. My daughter was first, my granddaughter, then my son. When they finally got to me it had been 1.5 hours. The water was ice cold and my feet pruney. I was now alone back there as everyone else had finished there pedi, when they started mine. When she finished, I went to get up and go in the other room for the manicure. I was told no. I stated my family was waiting on me. No again they had not finished my granddaughter manicure. I thought okay. Why can't I go on over you still have me to go. But I stayed there. I started to cry feeling left out and feeling stupid for letting it get to me. My son and daughter came back there to see what was taking so long. I told them she told me to stay there. My daughter asked another lady where my lady had gone. I told her on the other side working on someone else. The lady said I was just a pedi. I lost it by now we had been there 3 hours. Everyone had places to be so we left without my manicure. My daughter graduates college tomorrow and I wanted my nails to look nice. Oh well that isn't happening. I had been looking forward to this and very let down. I will never go back nor will I ever refer anyone again.

Not the same service anymore ☹️ I remember everyone would greet and be so welcoming but everyone looks miserable. I sat there for and waited to get eyebrows done. No one bothered to ask what I wanted. There’s no music like they use and it’s looks absolutely sad inside. It makes me sad and who knows who the owner is or the manager because it looks lifeless inside that place.

This salon is simple and nice. I have had no issues with any of the techs. I really like the older lady, I forget her name. She is so patient with me and does a really good job! I love how she is so careful to look for mistakes. I usually just get any pedicure with Shellac. For my hands I've gotten gel and acrylic overlay. I have never gotten designs or intricate designs so I cannot really attest to that. I usually go first thing in the morning when it is not so busy. I have seen them overwhelmed due to employee/ client ratio. One technician is there first thing in the morning and then the others will come in a bit later.
Simple, affordable, and decent atmosphere. I frequent them once a month.

I walked in no one greeted for a while. The store had hour and half left before closing and was only servicing a few customers. When I walked in to see about getting a pedicure they told me they were tired and didn’t want to take anymore customers. It was about 3 ladies customers insides and lots of techs.

I have tried A+ multiple times over the last 5 years. It’s convenient but service is horrible. Quality of the nails are ok, not good or great. Again, the location is convenient hence why I’ve tried multiple times. Today, I went in and I was the only one in the “waiting area”. There was a tech working on a lady right where I sat to wait. He looked directly at me and never acknowledged me. 3 other ladies walked in after me and they were acknowledged but were told to have a seat, that they will be with them shortly. I waited 30 minutes and was never asked what I needed. I ended up walking out. This is an established salon in my area with established clients. They show no interest in taking new clients. They also do not have it posted By Appointment Only anywhere.

Normally never leave reviews, much less bad ones, but Im currently dealing with a set I hate + an infection.
We waited for 35 mins. My nail tech struggled with doing basic nail art symbols. My designs are wonky. She filed at my sides so hard I actually pulled my hand away and winced several times; I realized later that half of my fingers had blood on the sides. Not only that, but because the filing was so aggressive, I now have 2 ingrown infections on the sides of my fingernails. I’m extremely unhappy and hoping this doesn’t turn into a doctor visit. My nails hurt days later and doing basic stuff is painful.
When they first opened years ago, the quality was much, much better. I’m not sure if it’s just the age of the establishment, management, or what… but the skill of the techs tell me this place has seen better days. I recommend they re-invest in their workers more and brush up on their certifications.

Do not come here. They dont even deserve one star. The nail tech did not even ask me what type of pedicure I wanted. I had to wait 20 minutes after my pedicure just to have my toe nails painted. The facility was dirty. I watched them use the same water for pedicure for two different clients. I was there for almost 3 hours for a basic pedicure and manicure and was never apologized to for the wait. The service was absolutely awful. I will never come back.

They Will have you waiting for 45 minutes, nobody acknowledges you then someone comes in and gets taken care of right away. When I told her she said
Oh give us 10 minutes I think she was an appointment, key word THINK. Acknowledge someone first!

If I could give zero I would. So rude three people went before me and I had been waiting for an hour I get it if you have an appointment but at least tell me! Then my nails thick after I kept telling him I wanted thin. My poor sisters nails wide and thick. I’m sorry but if you don’t please the customer how do you want us to tip you? She kept asking no tip? Like wow! The audacity. Never again!

We like that it's close. It was clean. The workers were pleasant. The reason that we gave 4 stars instead of 5 was some confusion. When we were asked at the beginning what services we wanted I told them 2 mani/pedis. After the pedicures I was told where to go to get my manicure but my husband was steered towards the chairs to wait. When I explained to my nail person that my husband also wanted a manicure she looked confused. She then apologized and found someone to do my husband's manicure. Then we both asked for clear polish and were told that buffing was better. That was frustrating but I didn't feel like pushing the issue. We will probably be back. I recommend that you verify that they understand what you want before you start services.

Walked out and didn’t even get mine done. I sat a pedicure chair and told 2 different people the water was too hot. Then asked for cold water to be added neither of them touched it. I had gone in with a group that I called ahead for. At this point it just made more since to leave. My group finished but I got nothing. Not even a good water soak. ??
