It's a smaller store, but I can always find most of what I need. The cashiers multi-task and help with stocking when it's slow, but they are quick to respond when a customer gets in line. They're very efficient at processing orders, so even when there are a few people in line, it moves quickly.

I love this store!!!! I always find the greatest finds there. Prices are reasonable. Food is fresh. Fruits are great and ripe!

Aldi is the one food store I can get what I need for the week for under $100. I can't get out of the major chain grocery stores for less than $170. They've always carried what I need, although I understand it's kind of a rotating stock. The quality of the products that they carry are above average and I've never gotten anything expired or overripe from them. Plus, I love to at least glance at their kitchen and garden sections.

I had A bad experience at the one En Crosby, Texas 2100 Crosby Texas today it was my first time and the last time I’m going to any Aldi store. It was a bad customer service. The guy who was checking me out it was my first time going to the store so I didn’t know how they work, first of all, I asked for prices on that I didn’t see no price on the shell and he was kind of upset when I was asking for that then he starts getting my stuff to scan and he was putting in the basket without putting it in the plastic bag I asked him did I get the plastic bag and he said we don’t give plastic bag you have to purchase it I said well I’m sorry I didn’t know and he kept checking me out and throwing everything in my basket he didn’t even ask me if I need to buy one or nothing so I said can you please stop let me get one of those the ones you have for sale over here so I can put my grocery inside the plastic bag and he making faces to the cashier and release him from break I do not recommend people to buy a store at any store at Aldi because they’re real customer service especially the one in 14130 Fm rd Crosby Tx and then I ask for the manager and this lady by the name LUISA she didn’t even care about the customer and left and I didn’t buy anything. Please please do not support this kind of stores. They have bad customer service and they don’t even care about customers so do not support this type of stores.

This location can be hit or miss on some things being in stock of their own brand. Just grateful we have some better fruit/veggie/meat options than Walmart.
