Recently moved back to Texas have a couple of not great experiences so I decided to go to AT&T and glad I did. The young lady Chelsea was amazing and she knew her stuff and she took care of me and my husband made everything go smoothly in a timely manner. I would very very much recommend them. Customer service is very important and I give them a 10.

There was the most beautiful black women that help me with my iPhone 16 plus. She needs a promotion. Or a raise or something. I was the shaved head guy and I Tod her she was wonderful and omg so gorgeous and sweet

Outstanding service! I’m impressed with how quick the service was compared to the past experiences where it would take about two hours or more to add and upgrade two lines. The manager of the store was very nice and helpful.

This was my first time at AT&T in Crosby and I had the greatest experience ever. Angie, Cherrie and Kenneth are amazing. Very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Literally an A+ team. It doesn’t get any better than a team like that. Pete, I spoke to you on the phone. Take care of these guys! ?️

Today, I had called ATT corporate because of a disastrous setup and some sort of switcharoo with phone numbers on my plan. They promised to call me back in no more than 45 mins due to wait times.
That never happened, but a sales person was available by phone in seconds.
So, I called the local store where they did the switcharoo (basically took the payment plan from one phone to an old phone, and now I can trade in the new phone and not the old one).
The local Crosby store person who answered the phone was only interested in selling me a new phone. Called me rude, said if I’d be nice she’d help and would not need the manager. I was nice, she still wasn’t interested in helping and told me to go in to fix my apps in the phone.. how do people live with themselves for being so estranged to reality?
Again I asked for the manager, she placed me on hold in agreement and then she never came back and within about 10 mins she picked up the phone and then ended the call. Everytime deal with ATT it’s terrible service. I never received a call back from corporate either.
Crosby store is still incapable of keeping managers and employees that will actually have enough ongoing training and care for the customers of Crosby.
The cost of their mistake is in the thousands of dollars. Tsk I’d rate no star if possible.
I hope you know Crosby ATT I’ve been a customer for around 20 years. I pay about $350 a month for the service I receive. This is a terrible way to repay me for the $80,000.00 in business I paid into. And certainly a great way to be the cause for losing another 20 years worth $80,000 in sales..
