Matt went above and beyond when I had issues with my battery. He made sure that even though he didn’t have the battery I needed in stock, he found me one. He called other stores snd solved my problem. Hw’s always been so helpful every time I’ve been there.

I’ve been having issues with my truck battery. Turns out it was something that didn’t require any replacement parts. Matt was so helpful and gracious to help me tighten the bolts. Very honest of him to do that for me. I will definitely come back for their great customer service and support.

I needed a new battery and help changing mine out. I called the store and spoke with Herriberto “Eddie” and he was so kind! He let me know it was in stock and that he would change it out for me. I showed up 30 minutes later and he did just that! He provided great customer service and I truly appreciate his help!

Review for AutoZone – 14214 FM 2100, Crosby, TX 77532
I visited this AutoZone location today around 10:05 AM needing a diagnostic test and to order a part for my truck, as my check engine light was on. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
There were three employees present at the time. One of them greeted me and said he would help me shortly, but never followed through. The other two—one woman standing by and another man working in the back while assisting a customer over the phone—did not offer any assistance. At one point, the man in the back asked the woman a question about a delivery, and she responded to him in a rude, condescending manner.
The employee who had initially spoken to me continued handling phone calls and never returned to help. I waited, slowly making my way toward the door, hoping someone might finally step up to assist. No one did.
To make matters worse, this wasn’t my first negative experience at this location. On a previous visit, I witnessed a manager belittling an employee in front of customers—completely unprofessional.
This store clearly lacks basic customer service skills and respectful leadership. Until proper training is provided and the staff learns how to treat both customers and coworkers with decency, I won’t be returning. I do not recommend this AutoZone.

We recently spent $2,257 on a new transmission, and when the time came to get my money back from the Core, Matt a manager there acted like he didn’t know what to do, and kept on saying that he didn’t have any money and that we needed to leave and come back the next day, after that when we asked if he could just take it in and come for the money the next day, he sighed like us speaking to him was the biggest hassle. After he finally took the core in he came back and just tried dismissing us like nothing again with a frown and bad attitude. Throughout the whole process he had a condescending and racist attitude. Just a bad experience with the manager of this place!

Too bad that the work that people do in this place is overshadowed by the (manager) who is a racist person with people who speak Spanish, she is a rude, haughty and very rude person. I don't understand such a prestigious company, how to manage a person with that bad attitude. Being a disc manager she should be more attentive and kind her with cloths were very good with me and with another older lady who was also treated in the same way they should not work as a manager

Not sure if it was the manager or who it was very unprofessional, my brother went there to get his car checked for it not starting, which it needed a new battery the guy was cussing the whole time, smoking cigarettes, throwing trash on the floor outside and slamming and hitting the door to go inside and outside of the store. I will NOT RECOMMEND going here unprofessional all the way around. The gentleman had a long beard and was Caucasian again not sure if it was the manager or a worker and they were having a bad day but they still didn’t need to act that way.

Really do not enjoy my experience. Is it because I'm an out-of-towner . The ladies got to have a snotty attitude. The lady asked the name and I told her and she said what was that and I said it again and she got offended because I said it a little louder!.what?.. so if you didn't hear me and I speak up that's wrong? Then she asked me if I need a bag I said no I'm good. And I guess that was the wrong answer too. I'm not your bud!.. sorry forever using your store!

I was just leaving there and the young Alex, a Hispanic boy who is working today, took care of us very badly. He began to take care of others and we who were already there were ignored by my husband's complaint and his response was to go to other places, when my husband told him about the battery time. He already changed the way he treated us...he was abusive and rude...I will try not to go there again.
