“New Year, dead battery. Initially called AutoZone. They were unable to assist in installing my battery due to it being in trunk. I reached out to O'Reilly. Juan answered and gave me prices on the new battery. He also stated that he could install. Juan was very polite and helpful. He installed my battery in minutes. Juan also checked my old battery to ge sure it wasn't taking a charge. Dead as doorknob! Go see Juan!”
