“I have to say the overall experience with Franks the company as a whole has been Great.... although the repairs could've been more extensive and more attention to detail . I had my Ram brought into get serviced at this location and when I got it back the first time I was told it was complete but when I entered the vehicle my engine light was on . I was instructed that it has to be driven x amount of mileage to reset the computer. It did not . I brought i back to get the issue fixed . A week later it was finished yet again 3 days later the check engine light came on yet again and by this time I was out of rental coverage from my insurance and I noticed a couple of other issues that was not addressed. I had to take it to a diffrent franks to get my issues solved and of course 3 times the charm . My truck is repaired all issues taken care of. I want to also say at both Franks collision locations the customer service portion of it was excellent only one shop was mechanically better . Maybe my issues was a difficult one idk. Thank you Franks for yalls help”
“I was rear ended and I needed extensive bodywork done to my car. They got me in a timely manner. They were able to handle my insurance company and they were even a Preferred shop through my insurance. They kept me updated throughout the process. They even helped me Arrange a rental car and allowed me to park the rental car there so the company could pick it up once the work was complete. I was very happy with the service, the quality of work and the timeframe it was complete in. I hope I never need bodywork done again, but if I do, I will definitely be back.”

“Excellent service. Technician came over (in the middle of removing a tire from the rim on a prior scheduled service) to check me in for my 8am appointment. Was out in 1.5 hours on a 4 new tire install.”
“I went Saturday in a crunch for time since I had an appointment to be at and it was a for a full install. They took care of me and in a timely manner and no issues with at all. I work an hour and half for work going and coming and ive been knocking no issues or hick ups at al what so ever. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable to help point me out in the direction of the exact set up I was looking for. Couldn't be any happier and the owner was very polite and refused to even est his food until they got me out to make my appointment. Thats customer service right there and im going to even go back soon for a bigger upgrade. The eay they do business and treat their customers speaks volumes by they actions. Would highly recommend and if youre n a budget they have plans to help you find what you need as well.”
