Is I long story no good it all almost I month ago get 5 phones supposed free we underup paying almost 400 dollars the plan was for 145monthly I went yesterday 11 4 2023 the guy said 204dlls. That's one of the issues went I was there my phone froze so I ask the guy to check it out he can't fixed so he said to call 611 number so they can fix it.

If I could give negative stars I would but unfortunately I have to give one star to be able to leave a review. The owner of this store is a crook. They sale used phones as if they’re new and when I took mine back because it was an iPhone that was logged into someone else’s Apple ID , (restricting my ability to use the phone) he called me a liar and said I didn’t but the phone there! Even went as far as pretending to search it up in the computer and told me I neee to go find who I got the phone from , as if I’d stolen it !! I’ve never met such a disgrace for a business man in my life ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!They would not give me a receipt for the phone and accessories that I bought and I spent $245 I asked why, and they said because I paid cash. She gave me a printed paper with my monthly plan and tried to tell me that was my receipt for my phone. Then she tried to hand write my reciept on a piece of paper. I told her no, I want an actual printed receipt just like she was giving to everyone else there.I had to argue with them for an hour and finally they called the store owner in order for them to authorize a printed receipt for me. I finally got a proper receipt after wasting an hour of my life. This is ABSOLUTE MADNESS on a level I have never before experienced in my life!Then they would not let me return my brand new phone the next day. The manager said they do not accept returns, when it clearly says there is a 7 day return policy at the store on the receipt. Also one of the employees said I could return the phone, but there is a $25 restocking fee. Someone is clearly lying here. Do not deal with these people, they are running some kind of tax evasion scam by not ringing up the items you buy and not giving receipts if you pay cash with them.I'm filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and hope you get recognized for the FRAUDS you really are.

So I went in today to pay my bill. It was 33 and she told me it was a 3 dollar charge to pay it ok. So I gave her 40 bucks and she didn’t put it on the bill. Instead she put 30 and the 3 was for the payment charge. I called and asked why was my phone still off she yelled at me so I went up there. She stated it was her mistake and she isn’t gonna fix it. She yelled at me cursed at me while my child was in the store with me. She is rude and disrespectful. I will not be using this store again
