I’ve been going to Coco nails for the past year and have never had an inconvenience with my nails. I’ve decided this will be my last visit since my manicure was rushed with no other clients in the nail salon from which I would’ve understood this would have been the motive but it wasn’t the case and I sadly ended with a very bad outcome of the gel on my nails. They are clumpy and tinted over my cuticle. Even though I stated multiple times it was not the tones I was asking for. He continued for which I accepted he was rushing my set because he didn’t even clean out my nail properly nor cuticle. So I let him go on and finish deciding this would be my last visit unfortunately.

I have been a customer here for years but after yesterday's visit I will just take my business elsewhere. These people were rushing with my nails and pedicure ended up putting 2 different shades of red on my nails and toe nails. I had to ask her to file my nails cause there were not going to do it. The massage sucked. They did not scrub my feet well even though I paid for a 70 dollar pedicure. Clearly dissappointed. Please save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

The second I went in they greeted me kindly and offered me drinks. I gave them a budget and they stood by it and would let me know of any additional charges before siding anything. They were so kind and understanding. And I love how my pedicure turned out.

I had just walked out of the nail shot next to starbucks because they were so rude and no one helped me, so I was about to give up and just take the long drive to baytown where I usually go but something told me to try Coco nails. I looked up the reviews and tried John. Let me tell you he was AMAZING! FINALLY I found someone local and no longer have to go all the way to baytown. My nails were perfect ! Price was great! Thanks John!

Let me start by saying the only person worth coming here for pedicures is the elderly lady with the tan skin. She wears light blue shirt alway. She always does an amazing job on my pedicure. The moment I let anyone else touch my feet it went left. The first lady did not apply a dehydrator to remove the oil from my nail bed causing the polish to remain gooey. I couldn't come back right away had errands to run. I came back to get it fixed and a different woman fixed them but she became angry and a bit aggressive that I didn't want to get gel?. I didn't appreciate getting treated with attitude when I was very kind about just wanting my polish fixed on the pedicure I just paid for the same day. In fact I would have paid to get the polised fixed I just didn't wanna walk around with clumpy polish and it wasn't my fault. All in all this is in Crosby so there aren't too many options for shops. I can't speak on how theu do nail because I only come for my pedicure here. I would say let the nice older lady hook you up she is worth coming her for! She is an absolute sweetheart ?! If I ever decide to come back after this experience I'll make sure I get an appointment with her. As of now I am not feeling like I would want to honestly. I'm sure I will just for her I won't make that mistake again ?. I am a very calm person I'm still not upset writing this review I just would like to be treated with the same kindness especially since I am spending mt hard earn money ya know. That is all good luck hopefully you all may have a better experience?.
