“UPDATE --- Offer has been honored?A few days ago, I opened up the mobile app and it stated I qualified to have my vehicle refinanced at a lower rate and lower monthly payment. I think oh that's great so I apply. Fast forward a week later and I'm informed that I don't qualify - also, my vehicle value was insufficient. This needs to definitely be changed. Not only was I denied, but now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report!!”

“UPDATE: A couple other things they wont tell you if you open an account with them. If you deposit a check via ATM they will hold your deposit for 9 days. Regardless if the check is local. You can't send Zelle payments out for 90 days after you open an account. You can receive money via Zelle but not send it. They say it's "for your protection."HOWEVER, Tyrell Lynch was kind enough to call me and help with releasing my deposit AND assisted me with giving me Zelle options with my family members. HE exemplified himself as an outstanding representative for the company who actually cares for his clients. Too bad the others can follow his lead. For that reason alone I raised the stars. Thank you Tyrell. I was on the verge of closing my account but your actions changed my mind.Giving a single star rating is just because it didn't allow me the option of not putting any there. I have NEVER had such a stressful and poor experience with purchasing a vehicle as I did with this company. I'm going to be nice and give Marissa the benefit of the doubt that MAYBE she hasn't had that much experience with her role processing automobile loans because her incompetence could not be hidden. Originally she approved me for a car loan and then denied it AFTER I had already taken my vehicle home because she was incapable of being able to factor in the normal stuff like taxes, tags, extended warranties. The coward couldn't even bother to return my call or email after I asked her about it. She based her approval off a sticker price not the total price. What kind of idiot does this? Oh and btw I was able to get a loan with a better interest rate and less months with another finance company.”
