“Branch manager is absolutely awesome! She must be in love! I went to the location on grand parkway yesterday to check on my debit card that kept declining the purchases, lady there told me it was good, nothing wrong with it. I tried to use it at a grocery store store and it still declined on me which was not good, I had to leave my groceries at he counter. Today I came here to my very preferred location and the branch manager told me the card was not active so that why I was not able to use it. After a couple clicks on her computer, she brought my card to life. That means a lot.

“I'm a USAF veteran and work at the VA, we use to have a branch in our hospital but it left , now I have to go to the wayside location, I really don't like the drive but the people there have always been professional and friendly..They have handled my issues quickly and completely...I just wish we still had a branch in our hospital..💯🙂👍”
“**** My dear precious angel Anacaren Gonzalez helped me from having a nervous breakdown!! Im trying to buy a house and they wanted 24 months of bank statements of punctual payments for the lender; They wanted it in PDF form which just drove me to a nervous hysteria, I just knew that I was not going to make it. Dear Anacaren looked up all that info navigating hard issues and coming up with solutions! Making a PDF for each one (25) and sending it to me!!! Oh My Dear Lord is what I said because I was so grateful. I insisted that she allow me to tip her and she kept refusing. I really wanted to tip her but she said No. God has definitely added another jewel to her crown for helping me!!! She is a manager at the Greenway Plaza. My nervous system is much more peaceful...Im a veteran healing from PTSD and I really appreciated her help!!”

This is one of the most reliable banks ive financed with. They have competitive interest rates, & combo deals with the auto loans & warranties. The gap claim was super easy & legit (no hidden fees or trouble getting the loan paid) and Claudia Perez is the most helpful person as she has assisted me with all of these things. This place is really a little hidden gem for locals.”
