The pharmacy personnel were fantastic. Not realizing that they were in the process of closing I asked if they could possibly fill my prescriptions or even just 1 of them while I waited. It was then that I noticed they were closing. I was so thankful they helped me out and they filled all my prescriptions. Thank you ladies , you were wonderful

I think they have listened to all of the complaints. I called to make sure my prescription went through because I didn't see it on my CVS prescription dashboard. The person I spoke to was very nice. I got a text saying my prescription would be ready around 3pm. A little while later it said it was ready, much earlier than it was supposed to be (it was about 11:30am). There were 3 cars in front of me when I pulled into the drive through and I was still able to get my prescription in less than 10 minutes. The person at the window was very nice as well. I hope this experience is what everyone has from now on.

Just when you think this store might be trying to improve, they make sure to show you just how little they care, so rude & the tone is one you would expect from a disgruntled teenager. I turned in a Rx. at 10:30am & ask would I get it today? Their answer was ,I have know idea,we will text you when it's ready, and no matter what I said after that she just keep repeating, we will text you when it's ready. I always feel less than after I deal with this store.Their apathy knows no bounds.

Went in close to noon on a Sunday and the register counters are filled with items that need to be returned to shelves making it impossible to checkout with a staff member. Of course, this is done intentionally so that you must use the self checkout kiosk where a staff member is standing over your shoulder watching you do the job they were hired for. Not a good look. The store is not well kept, nor is it well staffed. Go to Walgreens down the street if you desire friendly service and lower prices.

Sadly I learned that each terrible review here is accurate. Rude, loud pharmacists with bitter attitudes. The culture in this location is toxic.I moved to Crosby 2 yrs ago and I am still reluctant to transfer my prescriptions to this location in order to avoid this pharmacy staff. Imagine this; I rather drive an hour back to my original location to pick up my Rx's when I can than drive to this one that's 5 minutes away. It's that awful.I hope so much that CVS upper management acknowledge the customer's pleas for an entirely new team for this location or it will continue to decay.I especially do anything to avoid the one older loud lady pharmacist who has that loud condescending manner.Seriously, even if you're the most polite and kindest customer, human impulse is to match her energy and her energy is always LOUD AND RUDE no matter how polite and even-toned you are. Ugh

Pharmacy staff is rude and have an attitude. It's an inconvenience for them to do their job. Calling the VA is a problem.

Horrible service why do they have a drive thru if they can’t even handle the front register everyone is so slow be prepared to wait at least minimum 45 minutes

This has got to be the worst, most inconsistent place around. I received a text that the prescription I requested to be refilled two days before was ready, but when I went to pick it up I was very rudely told it would an other hour. There is no consideration for the customer and terrible service.
