Horrible customer service. They had my truck sitting for 10 days and kept saying my parts were ordered. I called to have my truck transferred to a different location and that’s the day my parts were actually ordered. And then to top it off after my truck was transferred they didn’t even send all my original parts with my truck to the new location. Wouldn’t recommend this location. They give you the run around and are rude as hell.

In the midst of trouble dealing with Allstate, Tom C. and his associates have gone above and beyond to help me out. Making after hour phone calls, writing emails, and keeping me updated all the while. Allstate is lucky to have them in their network to alleviate the headaches they cause.

Picked up my brand new 24 model Chevrolet truck there today has 1200 miles on it. Had a tree branch fall on the hood had them repair it and when I got my truck back a week later that entire interior of my truck was solid white covered in sanding dust the entire bed of my truck toolbox every nook and cranny of my truck. It was the most pathetic service I’ve ever had in a body shop. Do not use them. They do not care, no pride in their work and I’ve had my truck three weeks now I decided to open the hood and see that my entire engine compartment is also solid white from sanding dust, and they left a rag a big white rag on top of my motor, touching my exhaust, and what if that would’ve caught on fire, this dealership is absolute garbage

My truck had hail damage and I wanted a simple quote on how much to repair. The lady on the phone was so hard to talk to after 20 min of me trying to explain I just wanted a quote she said they would. I take off work early and show up for a quote and the lady said they don't do quotes they have a team that shows up. Can't say anything about the work but the receptionist needs a new job.

The work seems good. The communication was horrible. I took my car in on a Wednesday. The person looked at it and said that the damage appeared to be minor. Someone would look at it and get back to me by the end of the week. I mentioned that if they couldn't start the car soon, I would rather keep it and either have them call me when they were ready or go somewhere else. I was assured that they would start the car right away. I did not hear from them by the next Wednesday. I called. They said that the adjuster was on a test drive and they would call me back. Two hours later, I called them. I was told the adjuster was gone for the day. I said that I would come get the car if they had not started it. The person reported that it was disassembled in the shop. BUT he would take over the claim. Two days later, my insurance sent me the adjusters assessment.... not the shop. I called, and they said that it would be another TWO WEEKS to be ready.When it was ready, my insurance sent me a text informing me so. I called the shop and it was indeed ready. I asked why no one called. There was no good response.If you have weeks for a $2,000.00 minor repair, this is your place. God forbid if the damage is major.Summary: The staff "appear" nice, but they are dishonest with their timelines and the things they say regarding communication. The repair looks good and seems appropriate. If you use them, be prepared to initiate all communication because they won't reach out to you at all.
