Manager Lester and assistant mgr David are super friendly and helpful. They run a good shift as their employees usually stay busy and do a great job keeping the store clean and organized. Good location off the main road and a good spot to find a few pieces of cute clothing for you or the kiddos.

The store is very clean and has great deals. Management was very helpful. Even though I had a very bad experience with one employee named Cody Nicholson. Cody was very lazy he didn’t want to help with my donations. Once I arrived I asked the employee Cody Nicholson for assistance he quickly got an attitude and disappeared into the back of store. His customer service was TERRIBLE. But management quickly helped me so my overall experience was good.

Love coming here with the lovely employees at goodwill managers are super awesome I met Chuntaruis, Mike and Mr.Larry I believe his name was keep up the good work I’ll definitely will be coming back even after I had a bad run in with a young man name Cody very rude and act like he did no like his job and want to be there but I did speak to one of the managers and they apologized and had so much admiration for there job and was concerned about me as a customer don’t have a lot of places like that

Extremely disrespectful, and the RTL Chun talks to the DA like trash. Very sad that such a good store turned bad after Russell left.

Friendly staff and amazing quality products almost like a big garage sale. 1.99 minimum on all products is a sign of the times, But I go 3-4 times a week and never leave with an empty cart. This location is amazing in the area considering other limited retail.
Goodwill Crosby knows what to put out for its community!

I used to love shopping here for high quality/ brand clothing, I could find good deals on athletic clothes for $5-$7. The price was set for all clothes no matter the brand or condition they were in. This time I went to find some more clothing I realized that they have now placed a price tag on every piece of clothing in the rack. Some varying from $4 up to $20 for USED CLOTHING! The price also varied a lot by the brand of the clothes, some adidas shirts were $12 and they had some signs of wear but they were significantly more pricey because of the brand compared to an almost brand new non popular brand shirt that was $4, after noticing this I was pretty disappointed because I would rather pay $20 for new piece of clothing at a department store but I definitely wouldn’t pay this price at a thrift store specially for used clothes, I ended up not buying any clothes and just leaving the store, not sure if I will be purchasing any more clothes from here again. While I would love to support my community and help the environment at the same time I can see how greedy this company has become considering everything they have in the store is donated and they get almost 100% profit from all their sales, I don’t know if I will be supporting it anymore. Other than that the store is pretty organized and they have some interesting finds in the electronics section.

This used to be my favorite thrift store. Recently the pricing has become ridiculous. In the past you could get children's books for $1-2. Almost all are $3-4. We're not talking nice books. Book with stickers at scribbles in the and broken bindings. Some of the adult books I can get better pricing at an antique store. Damaged furniture is also high. They also have this new "special boutique" section. They mark up SheIn tops twice or more of what they originally sold for. I might as well just pay a few dollars more and shop at Marshalls. Every other set of shoes I looked at were $20. That's the thing. I'll shop else where and be fine. what about those who are low income who have to thrift to get by? I understand inflation is a thing, but goodwill gets their merchandise for free. I feel bad for those less fortunate. I hope they at least pay their employees more than minimum wage with the price hikes.
