When paying at the pumps you will never get a receipt because they never add paper at the pumps. I have went at different times and used different pumps and always have to go in the store to get a receipt.

The manger there Rebecca Lynn really needs to get into another line of work, preferably not working with humans. She has a nasty disposition and most mornings I ignore it. This morning however, she crossed the line with me. I always buy a certain brand of cigarettes and they have to ring them up a certain way to activate the discount. She's been verbal about how annoying it is to slow the line down because of this. This morning she tried to pull a quick one. She rang them all up together and therefore it didn't activate the discount it should have because of this. I mentioned it to her and she said it gave me the discount. I pumped my gas and went over the receipt and went right back in and had her ring them up like she knows to do. To say she was very unhappy about this is putting it mildly. She had overcharged me 2.50. Then she proceeded to tell me to mention that to them as they ring it up. Then I proceeded to tell her 😀 that she knows all of this she just doesn't like to do it. You're a manager and you know all this because you've made it a point to let me know how annoying it is for you. I've called corporate this morning and filed a complaint, but I'm sure nothing will be done, because if so she wouldn't be there anymore. I guarantee you I'm not the only person that's complained about her. I know how frustrating it can be working with the public, it's not an easy job, but when are nasty with you're customers it's time for you to find another line of work.

(Night shift hours) Lousy & Slow Cashier customer service". SMH I literally waited in line for 10mins for her to Process a customers Lottery ticket'. She spent most her time on the phone with her boss even after hanging up with her". After the long wait, My pump was cut off and was asked to hang up and try again'. ? I try to give her the benefit of the doubt, but what a waste of my time. I for sure am not stopping to fill up on her shift again. I Respect her but I don't have the time for the wait as usual when I do stop for gas at them hours. Hopefully management respects my opinion about her wish her the best".

I only go here to buy cigarettes that's it. There is a sign on the door that says we ID Zone and underneath that it says 40 and under please have your ID ready. My mother is 65 and they card her every time and sometimes refuse to sell her cigarettes and I asked today and the girl said that it was the manager's choice. That's false advertising if you ask me I think they need a new manager. They have the truck there and are not stocked. Turned away 2 customers and me for cigarettes cuz they ain't stocking

Worst place ever do not go they charged me 100$ for 25$ gas and now my woodforest aka walmart bank is overdraft-35$ and the clerk only tells me sorry I won't ever be back

The night worker sage I do believe he's the guy that drives the jacked up Ford that's a great dude every time I pull up and see that man he's either sleep in the parking lot cleaning the pumps stocking the shelves I've even heard him offer to pump people's gas for them pay such a gentleman that boy deserves a raise

Please never get gas or diesel here if you can help it. Our vehicle is in the shop currently because of this place. The mechanic took a sample and basically said there is more water in this diesel than diesel itself. DO NOT buy fuel here.
