I was a counterman for Fishers and then HiLo as a teen. It's rare to find a counterman that knows what you actually need. O'Reilly is really just a convenience store now and you'll pay those prices. Need a bolt? Unless it's on the display your outta luck. Need a hose? Better know what you need because they sure as hell don't. Also, the website will lie to you and say they have an item when they don't, it must be ordered. When I'm looking for a specific part now, I just skip them.

On Saturday 4/26 my husband and I headed to Crosby for a wedding. A 3 hr drive. Our alternator went out as we entered Crosby. The staff here was wonderful. They got us in touched with a mobile mechanic. The staff assured us they would keep an eye on our car while we attended the wedding. They were were so comforting for us. We are 70 and 75 yrs old. God answers prayers. Thank all staff @ O Ruely's Crosby, TX.

But give them zero I would I ordered AC lines for 2004 mini coupe and they said they would hold it for a few weeks for me. One lady said she put a note on it. One guy said they’re still there last week. I called now and they’re not there and they won’t give me my shipping money back is they said they would hold them for a few weeks for me they don’t know anything they’re not Knowledgeable when you say your hold for somebody and you’re a business usually you hold it for them specially if they keep calling to check on it which I did multiple times these past few weeks, I’m ready to go get them and they’re not there boooooo

O'REILLY has always been on point for me. They have been able to pull off producing parts that I didn't think I would find other than the manufacturer. Their workers are very knowledgeable and willing to help.

Friendly staff and usually the lowest price in town regarding parts. Most people are genuinely knowledgeable about what you need. It's my first place to call/go when needed part pricing or information.

I have got to give a big thanks and high five to an employee by the name of Genie she helped me find a part for my 2014 chevy cruze that auto zone could not find much less try. She was very helpful and the service was excellent. I will be using O'Reilly from now on.
