Worst dealership ever, i had a 2018 f250 and took it in to get a leaking gasket fixed. It took me over 6 months for them to fix the damn thing, i had to take my truck in multiple times over that period of time until they got it fixed. And once that leaked was fixed these fools left the bolts loose to my upper oil pan thus leaving another leak but i fixed that myself. This place is a joke, the only people that were helpful were amy and ashley from the service department and thanks to them for getting me in rental vehicles with no problems. But dont go here you will waste time and money. Dont buy extended warranties either they are useless i rather take my truck to another shop and pay.

I had inquired earlier with senior salesperson William Phillips in regards to purchasing a 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R model allocation the dealership had. William was extremely professional, in fact, as a way to avoid offending me, he simply told me "The PRICE is the PRICE." Truer words have never graced these surgically altered inner ears. Although his benevolent statement to most would have been clear as crystal, I took it upon myself to ask for clarity on the exact number. Which after all was ultimately going to be coming out of my bank account. I was pleasantly surprised at the extremely modest market adjustment of only $90,000 over the Window Sticker price of $120,000 (a total of $210,000 not including taxes, title, and the more than reasonable doc fee. I giggled with glee at the thought of what this man would do with such a noble commission from this sale. If only I could be there to see the grin on his snaggle-toothed Cajun Bride as he announces the spoils of victory he so righteously earned during a day filled with conquest over the petty blokes like myself, who have no choice but to yield to his sophomoric sales tactics. This post has been fun, but thou shalt refrain from any dealings with Mr. William Phillips and anyone who chooses to employ him.

They truly like to screw people. My 18 year old son bought a 2009 used truck from them. We asked numerous of times if a tech was going to go through the truck before he signed the papers. We was told numerous times that the tech would do a complete inspection. I myself his mom looked at the carfax and it appeared that the maintenance on the truck had been taken care of. The day my son signed the paper got the truck home and was going through it like any young man proud of his first adult purchase. While checking the oil he found that the oil was low by 2 quarts low. With a Ford oil filter on it. He completely changed the oil and the oil had not been changed. Few days later the truck started running hot. So my son changed the thermostat and fan clutch, flushed the radiator. That worked for a few days than the truck started running hot again, he found that the radiator hose was dry rotten. So he changed those aging truck did fine for the next few days than started running hot again, changed the water pump. Truck still running hot. Called the dealership and they could care less. Needless to say my son has a 13k truck that don't run without getting hot and can not afford to pay his bills and fix his truck. I understand the as is, BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND BEING LIED TO ABOUT THEM INSPECTING THE TRUCK. And when you call and talk them they tell you on paper it shows they check it. But seeing it on paper dose not mean it has been done. Stay away....

My husband called to see if we could get my tires rotated and balanced, an alignment and have the suspension checked to make sure everything is still good (as it’s new). Will was our service Advisor and told my husband over the phone that it could be done by the end of the day. They never got to it. This morning (Tuesday) I called and they still had done nothing with my truck. Will was very rude to me as I explained we were leaving to go on a trip in the next day and I asked if they would finish the work by the end of today. His exact response was “probably not. You’re asking us to look at the suspension and I’m sure they’ll find something wrong with it”. I told him to have my vehicle pulled up front and I was on my way to pick up. I worked as a service advisor at one of the largest dealerships in Houston for years, with very heavy volume and I *never* spoke to a customer the way he did to me. Newsflash Will, your condescending attitude towards women in service ain’t it! Needless to say I immediately picked up my truck and drove to Caliber collision in Atascocita. They were able to get it in, get all the work done by 5pm and treated me so nicely that I didn’t mind paying a few dollars more than the dealership was going to charge.

I went to Friendly Fort of Crosby to purchase a truck advertised on Carfax. The advertised price was $48,889. When James the sales person brought the quote the assholes raised the price to $50,887 and added and another $5,000 plus of junk on top of the price for a total price of over $55,000, what crooks. Keep in mind, this did not include sales tax, I was registering the truck out of state. They can keep the truck, it was not worth the price. This is criminal, you advertise a sales price then lie about the sales price to the customer. Never shop at this dealership, they are crooks and proud of it. NEVER STOP HERE FOR AN AUTOMOBILE, THEY ARE CROOKS!

Poor service , Took truck in for check engine light, for timing, now the truck after 2 months of being in service department has a blown engine. and has never left there since day of taking it in for check engine light. 1.Have asked to talk to main manager or owner and no one will let me get past service manager. 2. they told warranty company debris in oil caused oil pump to fail causing bearings to fail, then claim they didn't when even the service advisor told me same thing. 3. when went there today to look personally the service manager told mechanic not to talk to me and to go back in because i had asked if anything fell into the front of the oil pan, 4. the whole front of engine timing components that was all supposed to been replaced on initial repair are all disconnected from the engine as well as oil pan some parts on top of engine some in back of truck, 5. also the dash cams in my truck which automatically record front and back have there SD cards missing when they was in the camera when truck was takin in to them. those cams record anytime truck moves or started and record continually when driving. 6. when questioned if all trouble shooting as per ford repair had been followed at first was told wasn't sure then it had to be. 7. service manager said ok since warranty company had said misdiagnosed that if they would pay for the engine he would eat the first repair 8. he also stated multiple times that there was no possibility of anything getting into the oil pan during the timing repair when there own pictures show it is possible. 9. the reason asked about something foreign getting in oil pan the truck sat outside there shop for 2 months torn apart waiting on the repair, the cam phasers show rust from being espoused to the air during that time also, nut was told the truck sat in the shop the whole time but once again there own pictures show otherwise. 10. and after consulting with other dealers and service managers all who say the engine should not have failed for timing unless something got into the oil or was done wrong they have never seen of it or heard of it. Owners response on google pretty much called me a liar,. All my concerns are documented by there own emails and photo's as well as different story's each time from there service manager and service advisor.

I bought my super duty at friendly Ford and always had a good experience. I always talked highly of the dealership, even Referred several people to them overalways had a good experience the years, but that all changes 5/4/22. I had a 2022 Bronco Sport tag and i was waiting for it to arrive. I told the salesman that I was securing my own financing. the Bronco arrived early and I had my approval letter sent over at 430, which the saleaman verified. At about 5 I had my wife drop me off, and she left, as I was just to pick it up. There was one older couple in the whole place and just sitting in a corner office I noticed. I waited for almost 50 mins and started raising questions of why it wad taking so long. Again, basically, no one there. finally a finance guy came out and said the approval was wrong, I said no, but he insisted. The approval was for the amount of the vehicle, plus TTL. He then lied to be about a certain % it had on it. I finally said I would get it fixed the next mornin, as it was now conveniently pass 6PM. He made sure to tell me, that's why you should finance with me. He said ok and even lit on the paper what he claimed it would take. I called my wife and was waiting for her to come back and get me and I noticed that older couple who had been just been sitting there like waiting for something, were not out opening my Broncos doors. I texted my worthless Saleman, and he dis not respond. I went back inside and ran into the finance guy, who turned into a extreme smart a*** I asked what was going on and he said there were other customers who were interested and were buying it. I said, you are actually selling it from under me? I had financing and insurance already set up. He said yes, I asked for the general manager, and he said, he is not here, you have me. I said y'all are a joke and I would never set foot back in there, and he said OK. He was so unprofessional and what he did was so unethical. After thinking about it, that couple was sitting there waiting for that to happen, as if planned out. THe finance guy was obviously not liking that he was not making any money off of me because of my outside financing and was them. Do not go to this dealershi, they will rip you off as they did me

This is a very old school dealership. The kind where the salesmen are standing outside when you pull up and come up as soon as you step out of your car. My salesman Reed was a nice older gentleman. I showed him the vehicle I had come for in Autotrader. Then he went and got the keys and we had a test drive. He answered all my questions appropriately. They had my trade in appraised while went inside. They eventually brought a offer. Like I said old school dealership so my trade in offer was ridiculously low, like 4 grand under what another ford dealership offered. They were also trying to charge me for nitrogen in the tires, wheel locks and some god tracking things. I got the gps and nitrogen knocked off. I agreed to pay for the wheel locks because I actually wanted them. After many rounds of going back and forth I got them to give me a agreeable amount for the trade and a free bedliner. The entire process took a really long time. Eventually I went to finance. I did have my financing through my bank but the rate was kind of high so I wanted to see if they could get me a better deal. There was another negotiation there with the gap insurance. There financing was around the same rate as my bank so went with them to make things easier. Got done with that and got everything squared away. They did a excellent job of explaining the vehicle to me. Way better than when I bought my last new car. Overall a decent experience. I would go back. There are good deals to be had here but you have to fight for them. I deduct one star due to the waiting and the constant back and forth.

Good morning I purchased a 2017 Ford F-350 from here , and I understand it was used but it's the principle. It had issues which were not detected till I drove in the freeway and it hadn't been 30 days and the truck is paid in full. All I'm asking is honor your sale and fix the issue . Apparently you as a customer is not important to them at all. But a business without a customer doesn't last . I will be sure to pass on to any one I know not to purchase vehicles here at all. I hope in the near future management and workers can learn better customer service and loyalty to customers.

I wish I could give zero stars. I bought my truck from this dealership 5 years ago and have been taking it to get service there ever since. The last time I went I left them a less than perfect review because it took a little longer than usual and then I went back this morning to get my oil changed only to find out that I have been banned from receiving service at this dealership simply for sharing my opinion that they asked for. They did the same thing to my father the year before. My family has been buying vehicles from this dealership for many years and it is safe to say that we will never be buying one from them again. This is absolutely unacceptable and s***** customer service.

There is a Ford Edge on their website and Car Guru website that is a fake listing. I inquired about the vehicle Saturday, December 11, 2021. I was told that " someone was looking at it ". The salesman who claimed he lived in the same city I do (over 30 miles away from the dealership) said he would text me his contact information (as of Tuesday morning, I have not received it). When I called back a couple of hours later the car was sold: however, he could sell me a similar one for $7000 more ( it is on their website for about $5000 more). The vehicle is still on both websites. I messaged Car Guru Sunday and still have no response. In further investigation the car VIN has been registered to the dealership since November 27, 2021. This sure appears to be a classic bait and switch.
