Great experience! After AAA left me in a bad spot waiting for hours and it was getting dark, I stumbled across this company and decided to call. They came when they said they would and were kind and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone needing a tow.

I called What A Tow because I was blocked from getting out of a parking spot due to a vehicle blocking behind me. I asked two different stores to make an announcement to find the owner & when nobody responded I called What A Tow, he showed up within 5 minutes. Once he arrived, the owner of the vehicle showed up. The tow truck company did not charge me for anything. The driver was nice and polite. Highly recommend this business.

This was the best dang tow experience I ever had Jospeh came very quick and helped me right away and was very friendly and even drove me home after dropping off my jeep at the mechanic I will call him again if I’m ever in trouble and you should too 😌 🛻

Omg! So many good things to say, where do I start. Joseph Smith was the kindest, funniest, most professional and accommodating tow guy EVER! He was on time, drove carefully and even offered us water and (phone chargers👍🏾) If ever in need of a tow please let Smith Towing and Recovery be your first call.

Quick arrival and professional courteous service. But expensive. Got my truck stuck in the mud with no damage and paid $2100 to get pulled out.

Joseph was absolutely amazing! He responded to my call immediately and was at my location within minutes and even helped me with my problem with my tire. If you want a local person in Crosby, these people are the people to call! Will definitely recommend anyone to this company.

Awesome an amazing 10 out of 10 if anything ever happens again definitely calling them for a tow because I waited 7 hours for a tow truck had one tow truck get a flat second tow truck was called out to a major wreck and then I was playing phone tag back and forth trying to get a tow 10:00 at night the Smith towing showed up and saved the day thank you guys for being reliable
