The staff has the patience needed to help new and novice shooters feel comfortable and safe with firearms. They offer free in-depth lessons on the range, showing customers how to properly handle and hold pistols. Staff are very informative about safety and use great training techniques. They have firearms available for rent and will often bring out different handguns to try without charging extra, allowing people to shoot different calibers and styles. They offer one-on-one training, a variety of classes, and events. The business also buys and sells guns, ammo, and other gear, with a wide range of guns on hand and more available online, all at reasonable prices. Customers report very reasonable pricing and leave happy and satisfied. Many highly recommend it for first-time shooters and due to the excellent care and attention, they continue to return.
I purchased a suppressor from them and was an issue with it being a used suppressor with the paperwork. So they worked with me on getting a brand new one and the customer service from the manager and assistant manager was outstanding. Will definitely be buying more stuff from them due to their excellent customer service.
