I've never had a bad experience w/this location. I'll actually be there today for pickup. All the passport requests in recent months is crazy. Never an issue w/my pobox either.

I was pleasantly surprised with our experience at this Postal Service location in Crosby. The gentleman at the counter (Eric?) was so courteous and professional. His knowledge of the procedures was evident in the quick and concise manner he guided us through the Passport process. I was actually dreading going to the post office because of my previous nightmare-ish experiences at the Humble location where rudeness and beratement are common occurences. The differences btw these 2 locations are like night and day. I should have known since I witnessed multiple customers thank both clerks at the counter while I waited in line. Maybe there should be some cross-training involved and 'promote' this level of service. ;)

I recently had a very disappointing experience with USPS customer service. I spoke with a representative named Ebony, who unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant attitude. She was rude throughout the conversation and, to make matters worse, hung up on me abruptly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope USPS takes steps to ensure better customer service in the future.

It was my first time there after purchasing my new home and all I can say is after every post office I’ve ever been to! This one is one of the best the two ladies who were working the counter on 1/23/25 were very respectful, nice, welcoming, and very helpful! Thank you so much to the both of you and if they’re there every time I go it’ll surely be a pleasure!

It will literally tell me my package is out for delivery all day from 7am to 11pm with no time frame in when it will be delivered so it leaves me waiting by my door all day for my package that I spent $300 on just for them to never ring my doorbell or knock they will just slap a schedule redelivery notice on ur door and call it a day I can’t stand this usps I’ve always had problems with them so now my package is being returned to sender bc it’s not eligible for redelivery. Great

I went to this USPS to do a passport renewal by mail on my lunch break at work. I was expecting it to be quick and easy, but it was anything but.
The USPS worker was really nice, but he turned away my renewal package because, according to him, I did not meet a requirement of being 18 or older at the time my original passport was issued. This surprised me, because on both the official USPS and US Dept of State websites, it states that you simply had to be 16 or older and I was 17 at the time.
I asked him if he was sure about the requirement of 18 or older, to which he scoffed and gave me an incredulous look. I said forget it, since I couldn't find my original birth certificate for a new application. The worker who was working with him confirmed and agreed that the requirement was 18 years or older. I thought about bringing up the official websites on my phone, but didn't want to cause a scene and was also honestly beginning to think they may be right and I was missing something.
The next day, I went to a different USPS. The worker there confirmed the limit was 16 and completed and mailed off my package without so much as a glance, proving that I was right the whole time.
I understand that the first USPS worker was doing his job to the best of his ability, but it was annoying to have to waste two lunch breaks and drive a further distance to a different USPS for what should have been a simple task that took no more than 15 minutes.

Between new/sub drivers and whatever else i have to go up to the post office to hear the same old, “sorry we had a new/sub driver or somehow your driver on your route sent your mail back to the state it came from” conversation. They are good people just maybe need more passion to do their job correctly so that my important items don’t take an additional week to two weeks to receive again on top of me having to watch the shipping process online or call the company to explain the failure of me receiving the mail and please have it resent once it gets back to you in a week. And after the additional week to two weeks i now have to consistently go up to the post office to check to see if i have any mail.

I'm so upset. I buy my son's school pictures through Shutterfly. Which uses UPS to ship the pictures. UPS uses USPS to deliver the pictures. This is the third time my postal worker has taken my bright orange Shutterfly envelope folded it half and shoved it in my mailbox. This has ruined my 8x10 pictures. When I try to call and complain the automated menu won't get me to anyone helpful. It just keeps telling me to call UPS and UPS keeps telling me to call USPS. The AI keeps hanging up on me and won't even let me do the customer survey. How convenient. I'm at a lost of what to do.

not only does our mail always end up missing or opened when we get it. the mail delivery drivers couldnt even bother putting packages on door step. instead puts it by the street or in driveway where it can easily been driven over.we have cameras around our house and there has been countless times that “my package has been delivered” but no mail ran that day. and the package and mail never arrive! I KNOW THIS POST OFFICE STEALS MAIL. IF YOU CAN AVOID GETTING MAIL THROUGH THEM, PLEASE DO IT!!!!! the delivery drivers need to be investigated seriously!!
