Between new/sub drivers and whatever else i have to go up to the post office to hear the same old, “sorry we had a new/sub driver or somehow your driver on your route sent your mail back to the state it came from” conversation.They are good people just maybe need more passion to do their job correctly so that my important items don’t take an additional week to two weeks to receive again on top of me having to watch the shipping process online or call the company to explain the failure of me receiving the mail and please have it resent once it gets back to you in a week. And after the additional week to two weeks i now have to consistently go up to the post office to check to see if i have any mail.

I'm so upset. I buy my son's school pictures through Shutterfly. Which uses UPS to ship the pictures. UPS uses USPS to deliver the pictures. This is the third time my postal worker has taken my bright orange Shutterfly envelope folded it half and shoved it in my mailbox. This has ruined my 8x10 pictures. When I try to call and complain the automated menu won't get me to anyone helpful. It just keeps telling me to call UPS and UPS keeps telling me to call USPS. The AI keeps hanging up on me and won't even let me do the customer survey. How convenient. I'm at a lost of what to do.

not only does our mail always end up missing or opened when we get it. the mail delivery drivers couldnt even bother putting packages on door step. instead puts it by the street or in driveway where it can easily been driven over.we have cameras around our house and there has been countless times that “my package has been delivered” but no mail ran that day. and the package and mail never arrive! I KNOW THIS POST OFFICE STEALS MAIL. IF YOU CAN AVOID GETTING MAIL THROUGH THEM, PLEASE DO IT!!!!! the delivery drivers need to be investigated seriously!!

Mail is almost always open/damaged. Delivered to wrong house. My IMPORTANT bills never get to my house on time. For example I had a letter that was mailed out on the 6th with a disconnection date of the 18th JUST get delivered. Not bc of Christmas either. This is ALL the time. I've called and made reports but nothing is done.Just today this lady just tosses my package onto my driveway instead of putting it on one of my 2 front doorsteps. Right where it could be stolen easily or ran over when we come home at noght

Since I moved here to Crosby 3 yrs ago my mail get stolen, I’ve called post office and corporate office and nothing gets done, they should investigate the mail delivery persons

If you don't have a mail delivery they won't stop even if they see the red flag up showing you have something that needs to be picked up. Have had something in there for over a week and, yet even if I get new mail, what needs to be picked up is still sitting in my mail box. Flat out ridiculous. The staff inside are extremely rude. Hate having to go inside.

You find cramming a box, which you have zero clue what is in that box into a small mailbox like this acceptable? This is by far the worst post carrier I've ever seen. I know it's hot and long hours, but do better!

This post office will steal your mail!!!! Lived here less than a year and already at 6 packages missing. You file out the form online you may get a call and the usual we will look into it and call you back and never do! Need to find who to contact to have this office investigated.

Our carrier doesn’t have time to deliver our mail, but plenty of time to toss other people’s mail into the ditch. I have to go to the post office to pick up my own mail.She’s so incompetent, they will appoint her postmaster general one day!

I trust Crosby Post office so much that I signed up for a service where they scan a picture of your mail that is being delivered that day and email it to you. Yesterday's email came and my income tax return was scanned in along with 5 other pieces of mail, oddly enough I got everything except my income tax return....I've been calling all day to get someone to explain it to me and apparently they don't answer the phone either. The in person service isn't any bette, but we will get to the bottom of this one way or another.

Is no stars an option delivered a package on December 22 for a person and I wrote The to and from incorrectly but I asked a young lady working there clerk 22 because she wouldn’t give me her name if it was OK if I had if I Had it like that cause I had the two and from backwards she said that was fine as long as it says Who it’s going to and I can tell her and I told her who it was and she said that was fine so she gave me my receipt and she said I have a going to the person you have requested I said thank you so I go home the next day I get my package back!!!!! she didn’t listen to me at all she mailed it back to me and it’s very frustrating because you can’t listen and if it was a problem she should tell me to correct it correct , I didn’t have no problem correcting it all it that’s was ask her if it’s OK if I leave it like that she said yes I don’t understand how you guys can have people working here when they don’t care they work a few hours a day and that’s all They care about gets a new people!!!! because now they won’t give me a refund I spent money to get the this package delivery but it’s not my fault she did incorrectly I verified with her if it was all right if I kept it like that because I had The to and from backwards where she said that was fine really ridiculous and you can get nobody on the phone it is not even a holiday anymore and they ignore you all the time this is very frustrating I will not be using your services ever again trust me I’ll be calling and calling and calling more often to complain.

I have had countless packages not delivered. Recently, they have delivered 3 personalized gifts to the wrong mailbox. I have over $150 worth of items misplaced or put in the wrong mailbox.last week a neighbor brought me a package that was mine and placed in their mailbox instead.
