Their newest doctor, Dr. Brody has seen all of animals lately and is a continuation of their great care. My family truly them and appreciate them.”
“I took Amari, my last remaining pupper, in for her yearly and because she started limping. My niece had a very positive experience with their rescue so I took mine. I made a same day appointment online. How often does that happen? Check in was easy, and there was a small wait to be called back. The vet tech asked really good questions, and...LISTENED to the answers! The most telling aspect of the visit was that Amari readily went with her without pulling. The vet herself was great. She got down to Amari's level, and explained that's since Amari's a senior now😳 there were some additional care items to consider. Check out was very easy. It seemed a little expensive, but the excellent service and year long HW prevention shot were well worth the cost! Amari and I highly recommend!”

“This is the first vet clinic ive been to in my entire adult life where the vet and techs all showed true care and concern, and I could tell that they genuinely loved animals and were there because they were passionate about helping my pets.
In today's world, where a huge majority of veterinary facilities are being bought up by corporations or private equity groups, to monopolize pet health care prices and make them as unaffordable as human health care is, this PRIVATELY OWNED clinic was honestly SHOCKINGLY affordable!
They've got a bit of a waiting list to get your pet in for non emergencies, but that's because I'm obviously not the only person who sees their genuine love for our pets.
While this clinic is (deservingly) not the best hidden gem, it definitely outshines all the rest in our area!”

“We have been using Atascazoo for going on 10 years I believe. They have been there through thick and thin with our 2 cats. They caught a tumer in our 15 yo cat that the 24 hour emergency vet missed. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to Thumper that year. They have been very kind and supportive. Our other cat Moetoes is now 19, they treat her as if she is the only cat they treat and shower her with attention when we come in. The staff and Dr.'s are amazing! ??”

“I have not been there in many years now . But Dr Burns is very very understanding especially with costs .yea she can be direct and rude .but maybe put yourself in her shoes. She has seen so many nightmares and animals die over people that should not ever own a animal. Also she took in many animals that were dumped ran over abused til she had to say no and stop .I didn't know she was still open . I may go see her sew if she remember us . Love her and Dr wagers in Crosby. The only vets we ever used . She we used for our cats and dogs but she's better with the felines lol and wagers for dogs and farm animals horses etc they both even seen my iguana and moms birds for us i can never thank them enough”

My wife rescues dogs and a lot of them need more than just food shelter and love to survive. Without Doc and his staff we would not have been able to save some of them.”
“I have been going to Dr. Bryant for almost a year now. I couldn’t get into my regular vet and needed to have my pit bull, Bella, seen quickly. Dr. Bryant’s office understood it was an emergency and got us in right away.
I have never been to a veterinary office where the doctor gets on the floor to examine an animal just to make them animal feel more comfortable, even with his own back issues. He is also the first vet who has shown me an ultrasound and taken the time to explain in detail what he was seeing.
Bella was in very bad shape when I brought her in and needed surgery immediately. Since then, she has had multiple surgeries after being diagnosed with skin cancer. The first surgery was especially difficult because Dr. Bryant had to remove a significant amount of disease. When he explained the complexity of the procedure and the amount of work involved, I was truly grateful for his skill and dedication to my dog. Throughout her journey, Dr. Bryant has done an excellent job with communicating with us about her treatment. While she is unfortunately not cancer-free, he and his team have done everything in their power to make sure she is living a happy and comfortable life.
I recently brought in my 12-year-old yellow lab and truly believed we might have to put him down after he had what seemed like a stroke. He was hospitalized for two days, and although it was a very difficult time for our family, we knew he was receiving the best care possible. We have seen firsthand how much Dr. Bryant and his staff genuinely care for and love these animals.
He may not be able to perform miracles, but I have seen how hard he tries for every single animal he treats. My parents and brother also bring their animals here, which I feel like thats says a lot.
My family and I are incredibly grateful for Lone Star Veterinary Hospital, and we wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else.”
