“De. Schumacher was very helpful and informative when we were there about a month ago. We have a new dog that we found and she helped us determine his approximate age and plan of care.We had gotten stuck by the train and the staff was very accommodating, too!!Also, our tech at yesterday's visit was FABULOUS but I don't recall her name!! She took care of our daughter's cat and gave her the attention she needed to make the cat feel less anxious. This wonderful tech also lined our fur babies' records so that we could reduce the number of visits, saving us time and money!!We are happy to have transferred to BAH!!”

“this place it actually no bad at all I thought it was super expensive but it is just reasonable honestly. I took my dog there she’s a rescued dog she had an infection in her rear legs I was very worry about how much it would cost me Kuz I really didn’t have much to spend at the moment but I was very surprised when they told me how much was going to be it was relieve lol. I was thinking going back to my old clinic in Passadena Kuz I know they cheap but they far so I decided to come here since they are super close to me and turns out it was prolly $30 more of a difference. This people tell you step by step how much everything will cost even the doc I don’t temembwe her name tho I think Dr Fedri or something like that “sorry” she even told me right there in there it was $48 for a scrape test. I really liked today I’m glad I came here. Everyone was very nice there.I highly recommend this clinic thank you VETCO”

“I had an emergency Saturday afternoon and my grandpup Pac-Man needed to be seen because I was very concerned about his left eye. I certainly did not want to go to a dog emergency room because of the cost and definitely did not want to wait until Monday because they are closed on Sunday. I called Banfield Kingwood, was advised to bring him in. He was seen, treated and placed on antibiotic drops. There was no cost for the visit, only the medication. I was able to get a good night’s rest knowing that he would be ok. The doctor even showed me how to put his drops in. So thankful to God that he’s in a wellness plan. It’s certainly worth it.”
