The vets are awesome but I often experience issues with my billing at the front desk. I don’t think the admin staff is up to par cause they always seem to misquote me prices or screw up my invoices. “My cat and I had three visits with them, her very first vaccinations, booster and the spay surgery.I can say this place is amazing?All the staff I met are super friendly and patient.Although they provide CURB SIDE SERVICE ONLY so I never actually see the treating process, bu my cat never had any negative reactions mentally or physically after the visit, so I believe the doctor definitely took good care of my cat.For the cat spay surgery: they give clear pre and post surgery instructions and it’s very sweet for them to put a little towel and some foods in the carrier (my cat finished the food on our way back?)They will give you a number to call for emergency after surgery which makes me feel super relief.☺️The surgery wound looks clean and tidy. The $95 worth every penny.But it’s a little hard to schedule so better do IN ADVANCE.I want to say thank you for opening on both Saturday and Sunday, that’s a very big support for us.”

“We normally only came here for our cat’s annual exams because it is indeed a bit far from where we live, but it has always been the top choice if anything happens. Last week when he got injured from an outdoor fight and had bad swelling and infections, we were able to do a walk-in with just a bit of waiting, kindly offered by Dr. Norton and Sarah. They diagnosed and treated him and kindly reduce the cost to their best to fit our budget. A couple days later we received a follow-up call from Dr. Norton’s office to check on him. “Let me start off by saying this: IF A VET SEES THE EYE IS NOT NORMAL AND THEY DO NOT KNOW THE INITIAL CAUSE, SEND THEM TO A SPECIALIST IMMEDIATELY.My previous vet had me coming in since December about my Dog's eye issues and kept giving me the same medication and NOTHING was working. Finally, I decided to find a new veterinarian who immediately sent me to a specialist.Eye Care for Animals squeezed me in last minute and I was so grateful to them for that!! I went that same day and both me and my dog were treated with such kindness and patience. The Dr. Millichamp was extremely thorough and explained each step of the process to me.My dog's eye could not be saved unfortunately and I was shown MRI scans. Dr. Millichamp was straightforward and said the safest option was to remove the eye completely. Which I immediately agreed to. He is board certified and has years of experience. Skunk would be happier and with less pain with her swollen and damaged eye gone.Day of the surgery and it went smoothly! I picked up Skunk that same day and was told about the after care process thoroughly. They also called to check in on her during her healing progress. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend vets talk more about ophthalmologists and other pet specialists more often.Would highly recommend this location! Thank you to Dr. Millichamp, staff, Techs and all others involved!”

My fur baby, Kota has been with echo lane since 2017, I switched to them from banfield. All the staff and doctors are super nice and efficient! I love their timely communication ! Due to work, we moved to Tokyo, Japan. We knew the move since summer 2022. Getting pets to Japan has been a super long and tedious process. I didn’t know much so I didn’t get an animal travel agent. But I can’t stress enough that how much echo lane has helped me with the whole way from step 1 to get Kota finally land his paws to Japan land, on Dec 13th 2023. Dr, Allison and Leslie have been extra amazing working with me to get the paperwork needed for Kota to get on board. They truly care for your fur babies. When we are back to Houston we will definitely go back to them. Sorry for the late review. I truly appreciate everything echo lane team did!Bark!”

I've had places that would send notes to a staff and the staff calls me. I never really liked that...In all seriousness, the facility was clean, which is always a great sign. “We can't praise Midtown highly enough. A dear friend recommended Dr. Clive when our 8-year-old Rottie started having some issues and another vet had trouble making a solid diagnosis. Dr. Clive identified the problem immediately and saw our boy through a late-life neutering without a hitch. At some other places, we felt that there was not enough care taken with anesthesia in previous procedures, including one scare where we had trouble waking him up. Midtown did an amazing, careful job of giving him exactly the right amount to be comfortable and safe. Our follow-ups for regular care items have been just as positive. The whole staff is incredible, with a special shout-out to Margaret. If it wasn't indelicate, I would add the post-operative photo sequence so you can see the precise work and rapid healing from this surgery, which can be more complicated in older dogs. He is nine next month and has never been happier or healthier. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy, Midtown!”

I knew something was wrong with my cat and banfield did not help me feel at ease and I did not feel heard when it came to my concerns about her. This was our first visit and I feel like I have answers for Poppy and solutions that I didn’t get before. You can tell Briargrove loves their furry guests! They go ABOVE and BEYOND for their clients! “I called Blue Pearl because I noticed my lab girl slowing down and I wanted to give her an option that wasn't the vet (because she always got stressed there and I wanted to give her a better experience). Blue Pearl came to my house and were so sweet and loving to her and came up with NOT a hospice plan but a long-term plan to balance meds/quality of life/ improvement where possible journey. They were also phenomenal in walking me through the plan and answering any questions. The vet had pointed out some concerns with her pain level and knee and asked me to get it xray-ed asap. Turns out it was bone cancer and it had spread everywhere. I contacted my primary vet at Blue Pearl and they gave me options for her and listened to my concerns...not to mention they were incredibly sympathetic to my dilemma of coming to terms of what was best for my girl in helping her not suffer. I had to let her go shortly after and they came and spent time with her and me and gave her treats and made sure she was happy and relieved. They called and checked in on me after and would chat about what an impression she made even if they short time they knew her.I can't recommend Blue Pearl enough - I would do this 1000x over because they were caring, thorough, available, and gave Leeloo the best care in the short time ahead had left. Sorry for the long sappy post but it was money well spent.”
