Pharmacy is a joke. Take 30 mins to ask 3 questions. Not sure what so confusing about confirming info, taking payment, & passing the prescription. They work extremely slow with no care for how long you wait. What a great customer service they provide.

Worst pharmacy! Every month I drop off same prescription and every month I wait 1-5 days to receive. Same prescription same issue. They say it will be ready in couple hours. It never gets submitted in system, so nothing in progress after checking in afternoon. I call them, they say they will get it ready, them I wait and keep calling until it is ready. I'm going to try the mom n pop pharm by wing stop next month. I went in this morning. They were super nice and said that will not happen there, but we will see.

This location is always understaffed. Average wait time on the phone is 15 minutes. Average wait time to pickup a prescription through the drive through is 30 minutes. No exaggeration. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to Atascocita or Tidwell...

This Walgreens is RIDICULOUSLY slow. There can be 4 employees inside and you'll still sit at the drive thru window for 4-10 minutes before someone comes to you. The woman pharmacists always has an attitude and doesn't explain anything well either. I'm so fed up I am in the process of switching my entire families scripts to the Walmart.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Customer Service places you on hold and just keeps passing you around and around. No communication with their customers on their prescriptions and just kicks them out of their system if their is an insurance issue. It takes the customer calling to try and figure out what is going on and what is needed. I will never use them again and changing my pharmacy for one who communicates among themselves and their customers and has their workplace under control.

Had to get a photo taken for my passport. Customer service was extremely fast and helpful! Was expecting a 45 min ordeal and got out of there in 5!!!

This place is the absolute worst. Horrible wait times and the rudest staff I've ever seen. They only care about their license and yet somehow were able to maintain one given the fact that they seem to have no idea who's life they could be putting in danger when the customer goes without due to their negligence. I've been a customer for two years. Not anymore!
