This Walmart is so enraging!!! The app has been out or won't let you purchase certain necessities, such as water. They also have been out of sparkling water, frozen foods, etc. for months at this point. Not to mention the app doesn't have the correct park spot number so you have to call to check in and 1 times out of 10 they actually answer. When they do it takes 30 + minutes to get your order after you've checked in at least 15 minutes prior to arriving. The system is just absolutely horrible!

Why am I doing a review on Walmart but hey let's give it a shot. Well, this location has plenty of parking spots open near the front. I personally come here to shop for things I don't want to wait for had I ordered it online. The customers here are southern and country. The pros for that is you can ask people questions about products they're picking out and make general conversations. The cons? Well, you may not always wanna take their answers wholeheartedly. Always do your own research. Unlike other Walmarts I don't feel unsafe here. One morning, I got gas at 2am and there was a suspicious lady there who needed a jump. Usually, I would've been packing up and hauling a** but again the folks around here are harmless for the most part. The best part about the experience at this location is the country feel. The associates take the time to answer your questions, they're knowledgeable about the products in the store and are attentive. Always remember to use the Walmart app. It makes all of our lives easier

So you have a lady on the left side stopping people thinking they're stealing items because of ethnicity. Yea like I'm going to steal a box fan, 6 bags of chips, old people diapers, and other stuff. Yea like I'm going to go out of my way to go down an empty checkout and bag all my "stolen" crap. You need to be glad I was in a hurry because of the heat.

I've been waiting outside the Automotive center to get an oil change since 6:45. This particular department is supposed to open at 7:00AM, but it Never does. I've talked to management 3-4 times about this issue, but the company clearly doesn't care. In my mind, I'd think, if they department opens at 7:00, I'd see people stirring and opening the garage doors at 7-7:05, 7:10 at the latest, but not here. Today, I had to walk around the garden center and find an assistant manager, when we walked into the dept, the associates were hanging out, waiting on a register. The customer service in this department in particular is horrendous at best!

Horrible service always. Only self checkout after 9pm. Line wrapping around the corner. No employees to be found. Walmart really needs to step it up and actually care about the customers and not treat people like they're a bother
