This 7-11 is a joke. There is one guy with long hair that is here all the time and I’m not sure why he has a job because he NEVER checks out people and if you wait all he says is “there’s self checkout” and is very rude about it. He’s either outside smoking a cigarette or walking around the store - sometimes I don’t even see anyone here and the only thing that has kept me from just walking out with my items is the fact that I’m a good person. I wouldn’t bother with this location

This is not the first incident with Brandy, it’s just the first one I am sharing. I am over 50 years old, I had my husband on the phone double checking what tobacco product he wanted, they were doing a shift change and Brandy instructed the other employee that they couldn’t sell me any tobacco products at all today because she overheard me talking to my husband about it. I’m not sure what planet’s laws she’s enforcing but someone needs to teach her truth. Btw…we are not new faces for her…smh I’m going to the department of financial institutions, definitely filling a complaint with the FTC and states attorney general.

If you go to this 7-11 don't go in the day time. There is a hefty black guy that works during the day that is lazy. He will always have the customers waiting for a long time while he sits around not really doing anything. However if you go in the evening there's a different black guy working who is a really good worker. Polite keeps the place clean and you can get in and out. Repeat EVENING.

I avoid this 711 and the one on 720. They are Notorious for posting incorrect pricing on several items! And they don't take the signs down they don't honor the sale signs or coupons . This is false advertisement they're supposed to honor the signs or at least take them down please take them down so if you go in the following day after they tell you the sign has expired the sign is still up . I wonder How many people have been ripped off by their little scam!?

Card machine has been down for awhile now. Messy store that doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned with places sectioned off & always out of different food items. Will find another place to stop by on way home for gas/food.

They really are starting to turn the store around! The last couple times I’ve been in it has been much cleaner and the staff has been more helpful.

They lost an amazing employee cos of bad management she use to work the night shift I took my business else where when she quit shut this place down owner is rude I think her name is Karen wow just wow

Horrible customer service. Older cashier man was very rude ID for cigarettes but didn’t ID the guy in front of me who bought beer. I certainly look over 21. I don’t mind them asking for ID but why me the only woman and the other two man the one in front and the one behind me didn’t asked for ID. I mentioned it to him he said they are regular I’ve never seen you here. Like really dude. Never going back.

Had the best service her name was molly she is the sweetest person ever the most nicest person on the over night shift she made sure I was token care of I will definitely be coming back especially if they have her working I love her !!!! Good job for hiring this young lady !
