Been to this store a couple of times now and had a great experience each time I’ve went. This time was no different as I came in today with a technical issue and Mike and Tristan were very polite and helped me take care of my issue. Will be back to this location!

Tristhian helped me to resolve some issues with my accounts, both for mobile and home internet very effectively and answered my questions openly, honestly, thoroughly, and patiently. I definitely had a positive customer experience, I wish the My AT&T app was so open and easy to access and change account information

Came in today to discuss some things regarding my account. Mike was more than helpful and took care of what I needed and answered all of my questions with a great attitude. Also I was in and out in a respectable amount of time. Highly recommend this location!

We never use AT&T stores that aren't Corporate owned because in my experience the people are not friendly or helpful. BUT, today we went into the AT&T in CrossRoads TX. Marques took care of us. VERY friendly ,knowledgeable, and keeps the conversation going while the phones are doing their transfers.

Jesse was a tremendous help in explaining our bill following an upgrade- he gave options for reducing our bill that we were not using. We came back to get some further help with my new phone and again he explained things in an understandable way - Jesse is an exemplary employee and one of the best communicators we have found in an AT&T store. Friendly, respectful and knowledgeable !

Let me say, this was a wonderful store visit/experience! Philip was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. Extremely patient while setting up and transferring data to new phone. Staff was pleasant as well. Would recommend ? this store to any and everyone!

Called the shop at 7:15 on a Friday evening asked if they could help me in person, they closed at 8:00. The employee, Jesse,cheerfully replied “Sure! Come on in!”. Upon arrival I was greeted and helped immediately. Within 5 minutes my problem was resolved and I was on my way! Thank you!

We’ve been ATT customers for over 20 years. I dread calling 611. I dread going to the store. Today we sucked it up and went to brave the evil ATT processes.
Blair at the Cross Roads store handled us.
This was far and away the easiest and most productive ATT experience I’ve had in 20+ years.
