I don’t recommend anyone going to the store. The lady at the front advised me she is the store manager, Stacy. Chilton completely ignored me and did not care about what my services that is needed. She also lied to a customer and said they didn’t have the part when the customer found the part she used Bad words languages and did not help me at all.

Store manager is very rude. Her name is Stacy. She’s unhelpful and does not care about customers. She needs to get more training on her behaviors and how she manage customers definitely would recommend someone to give her the proper training and this environment. She totally ignored me being on her phone.

I went in today to a get a battery exchange, there was a gentleman working there by the name of Bruce M, he was very professional and knowledgeable..he worked hard to put the battery in my car and was very Helpful and nice Thank you, Bruce you are awesome!!!!!!!

Stacy is so amazing i spent over 2 grand to repair my car on imaginary issues only to find out it was a faulty battery Stacy instantly knew what the problem was when i lifted my hood. Plz come here first if you have car problems and get an opinion before taking it to a mechanic. This store is highly recommended.

My car battery failed today. I bought that one on May 2023 at Autozone The Colony. I went 1 hour before to the Cross Roads store to buy a new one and David P. was so kind. He changed the battery and was so friendly. Keep doing a great job David, I’m so thankful for your help!

I bought a battery at AutoZone in 2019 that finally gave up the ghost this weekend. However, I was able to jump start it and get it back the the AutoZone store. Martin could see my record from the previous purchase and within a few minutes installed a new battery for me.
Good thing. I know nothing about car maintenance.
Martin is a good face for the AutoZone brand.
