I was feeling under the weather (teacher) in the time of illnesses and sicknesses. Tested negative to covid, strep, rsv, etc, but was still given prescriptions from my doctor just to help ease the side effects of feeling awful.I went in this past Saturday and it took this specific location ONE WEEK to fill my prescriptions. These were not hard to grt prescriptions either....We will be doing business with Walgreens or some other location in the future. They take FOREVER with no communication and you're better off just doing business elsewhere. Get it together, CVS!

My daughter isn't feeling well. We took her to the doctor and she was prescribed an antibiotic for an infection. We had the prescription sent to CVS Cross Roads, our usual pharmacy, at or just before noon... We did not hear anything from the pharmacy, so we decided to stop on the way home to check on her prescription, in 3.5 hours they've done nothing, and they do not even have the antibiotic that we need. Why did it take 3.5 hours for someone to tell us they didn't have the pills? Now, after waiting in a ridiculously long line for service, we have to wait for them to provide us with 8 of the 14 pills she needs, or go to another pharmacy. The customer service here is a joke.

Customer service is horrible at pharmacy. Two male techs were talking while working and didn't care if the customer were waiting in line until I have to call them. Wouldn't recommend this location unfortunately.

CVS pharmacy is the worst. Either they don't have your prescription ready, or closed for lunch or a huge line. I actually go to Walmart Pharmacy and they do an amazing job. I only go to CVS when I have to pick up for my daughter.

Absolute WORST customer service! It always takes atleast 45 min in the drive through...and most recently after waiting in that long line, I was told I needed to go inside to complete my order, which then took another 30 minutes. Im switching my RX to Walgreen's. Over and OUT CVS!!! AWFUL

Worst pharmacy staff I have ever seen. Unprofessional and rude I'm shocked this staff still has a job here.

Update- 5 years later this is still the worst pharmacy. The pharmacist are horrible! Can someone please get Walgreens to set up shop near by so we can have a good pharmacy to get our prescriptions?

Super clean mini hospital with an intelligent provider and hard working, experienced LVN. The following is why I came to them in the first place. Had a series of unfortunate events at the previously professional Community Med Center in Crossroads across the street from CVS. We booked a teen/occupational health appointment the day before at Community Med. We walked in as directed for our appointment and the lady hired for the front desk was yelling at someone on the phone saying "Don't say the word retarded! Just stop, ok?!" Turns out it was her kid who was in trouble at school - she told us after hanging up on him. Anyway, we weren't sure what to do and then my phone starts ringing. I had a hard time hearing the person on the other end over the lady yelling but I made out that it was a second call from another staff member at Community Med to come inside even though we already were there. Then a third woman from the back came to help us. She saw my school form and said "Oh we don't do college." I had a tiny feeling she may have been trying to get out of work. So I told her my daughter is a minor. She semi rolled her eyes and took my daughter's occupational health form to the doctor in the back. He then sent her back to me and said he would not see my daughter for her appointment. She said that he said if he signed his part of the occupational health form, he would be endorsing the entire form - previously administered vaccines and all. And that they "don't do titers." I certainly do not know everything. So I asked if I could speak with him myself to clarify as the form had three separate areas to fill out - one for my daughter to put her name and info, one for the provider to measure her height, weight, vision, etc, (and sign off on), and one to insert dates for vaccines given over the past ten years, plus titers. The vaccine area was what he evidently took issue with stating he would be saying he verified -and that he witnessed the administration of- her taking the vaccines. But the vaccine area required the lot number of the vial and dates of administration (some from ten years ago). The helper lady got all para-legal about it with me and I was thinking I am pretty sure a judge would not have expected any provider to witness a vaccine from ten years ago. Nor did the document require his signature for that section. And by the time they all finish explaining why they have to get out of work, they could have seen us and been done with us. Regardless, he refused to come to the front to see me to discuss it further. Then the yelling staff lady and the helper lady both told me to try going to "Concerta" instead. When I let them know Concerta was a medication not a place, they weren't able to give me further info. I happened to notice at this time, there were FIVE staff members sitting around, working I guess. So we left very confused and went to the CVS across the street who had TWO staff members. We saw a super chill, very nice provider who had less education than the provider at Community Med (nurse practitioner vs MD). He understood the form and had no issues with filling out his section. He even had my daughter do little tasks for her health screening. They gave her two vaccines, drew several tubes of blood for titers, full physical. And CVS does not advertise occupational health screenings. But Community Med does - that's why I went to them in the first place. And I'm pretty sure all occupational health screenings include titers, if required, right?? I'm so confused by them. I hope they didn't charge my insurance for the visit. The feeling I got was that this fully staffed facility had personal matters to attend to and were not interested in working or trouble shooting anything. I could be way off base. Having health care providers in my family, I hate to suggest they are lazy or not doing their job. I know how hard they (usually) work. But once my teen said the same thing I was thinking, I felt I should probably write a review. Al

I hate cvs. Every time I go there it's always a different problem. The drive through takes forever. They don't have anywhere to sit if you're waiting for a prescription

I never leave reviews but feel compelled as the service at this location is remarkably bad. They never have the actual prescription when they say they do and literally could care less when they tell you to just come back in 30 minutes. Then you do and they still don't have it. And they still don't care. Avoid this location at all costs!

I just moved to the area and I must say...I love the Pharmacy staff here at CVS. Yes, this is a very busy store but everyone is still friendly and helpful. With all the craziness of Covid, I feel that the staff is really putting their patients and customers first. I came in today on July 30th around 1030am....my last prescription was filled in Napa, California. The technician took care of it immediately and the Pharmacist had it ready for me within 15 minutes. I was so surprised and grateful. Everyone behind the counter is working hard and diligently. Even if I had to come back, I wouldn't have mind. I've witnessed in the past people complaining about how the Pharmacy staff is slow or how they can get the medication cheaper elsewhere. CVS Pharmacy is not a drive through burger joint. These are dedicated healthcare professionals whether they are the Pharmacists, Technicians or Clerks. I praise them for dealing with difficult patients and handling non stop calls!Thank you to the Pharmacy team for constantly working above and beyond.

Excessive waiting!!! I came in with plenty of time before their 1:30pm lunch. The nurse sat around in their clinic office for 15mins before lunch started and after their last appointment before mine. Then the nurse promptly left for lunch at 1:30pm. I was told to wait until 2:30, after lunch. When lunch time ended, the next patient was seen before me. When I stuck around, I was finally called in afterward. The scheduling was blamed by the nurse. That may be the root issue, but not every minute clinic has these problems. My appointment did not take 15mins and could easily have been fit in before lunch, had the effort been there. Instead, I had to wait around for another hour and a half.

Many likely don't know that CVS was once called Consumer Value Store. Not really and "values" here as most items are far above that of their chief competitor. However, in a pinch, they are decent for the pharmacy services. Pharmacy tech today offered to look up coupons on his phone to save a little bit of cash. I was somewhat taken aback by the lock box that was secured with just a screw instead of a padlock.
