I walked into the discount tires now they seem to be a little bit busy once I walked in. I noticed that it was only one gentleman in front of me. As I saw him waiting, I stood behind him and did the same. There was one discount tire employee who was helping a gentleman and once he came back, he helped a man in front of me and I assume the manager of the discount tire was looking at the computer probably handling another customer. He walks outside. He comes back in and I’m standing on the little circles that says wait to be helped. After waiting about 15 to about 20 minutes in line, an older gentleman, older white man walks in and he steps behind me on the same circle that I’m on. Once the manager I assume is the manager, he comes back. He looks up and he sees the older white man, the gentleman and he says can I help you. He doesn’t say who was next in line. He goes straight to the white man and says can I help you and of course the white man being who he is he accepts because it’s fast service because he’s only been there maybe 10 seconds. I didn’t get an attitude. I didn’t scream. I didn’t yell. I didn’t say that I’m next and do all that like we all know I should have but what I did was I kindly walked out, took my service somewhere else because obviously I wasn’t going to give my money to an establishment that didn’t value all customers. This is not a black and white thing or woman man. This is about common courtesy and respecting people and this discount tire does not do this off of 380 in crossroads.

Alex said if they can’t repair a tire that is losing air they would put it back on without air!!

These guys are great. Fast and friendly service. Great prices too. Highly recommended.
My first visit only took 45 minutes from entering the front door to leaving it for a new set of tires that they had in stock.
Second visit was today. I got my tires rotated and balanced. Took only about 20 minutes and it seemed busy.

We’ve used Discount Tire so many times over the past 5 years, we’ve never had a bad experience. Super helpful, super friendly, and very up front with pricing. We’ve never had to deal with hidden fees or costs, everything is explained up front. We had an emergency on a Saturday morning, and they were able to get us in and out of the shop within an hour. Highly recommend!!!

Two tire air pressure sensors failed on my Ford F-150.
Ford AutoNation of Frisco wanted $600.00 each just to replace one of them. A friend suggested I contact Patrick and the team at this Discount Tires location to replace the sensors that stopped reporting. So instead of paying $1,300.00 at the Ford Dealership, I paid $130.00, 10x less! Discount Tires has your cell phone number and they just text you when your vehicle is done, or you can hangout in their seating area. Like all the Discount Tires locations that I have been to, this team here:
* Saved me a lot of money.
* Saved me a lot of time.
* Were fast and friendly.
I recommend this and other Discount Tires locations.

I made an appointment, can't really say if this was helpful as it seemed first come, first served. But the guys were helpful, polite, and quickly assessed my tire. Once it was pulled into Bay, it was very fast repair time. Pulled my car out to the front door after repaired and was super friendly. They are a busy store, but seemed like it was running at a good pace, and customers were being helped as soon as possible.

Great Customer Service. While busy, the rep who talked with me took the time to show me the uneven wear on the inward side of my tire. I was skeptical of needing more work than I originally anticipated, but I feel confident my tires will not fail.

You won't find better! Simple to order tires online, There are so many great value options. Made an appt a week out, turned up for four new tires, and was in and out in 15 minutes... 1 p.m. on a Thu. Fantastic location, extremely happy with the service.
