Ladies avoid this location! I went in for “lifetime wheel alignment” which by the way doesn’t include balancing tires… but I digress.
They came to show me a “stripped lug nut” that they obviously stripped with their tool. They then ask me if I was to replace it for $9….. I refuse and they proceed to put the damaged lug nut on which in turn damaged the bolt. He comes back to tell me I now owe $180 to fix the issue.
I’m sure this is a scam they use often because they knew I was coming in for a “free service”. Why promote a lifetime wheel alignment if you’re going to upsell me on damages that your location caused?
It’s sad to see the sexism. I was the only one approached with these type of issues and there were three men sitting in the lobby with me. I’m well aware at how these type of places try to take advantage of women.
I’ll be taking my business to a female owned operation in the future like Honest1 in Castle Hills.

I brought in my car a couple of weeks ago to get a second opinion. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. They quoted me with a competitive price for my radiator and compressor. Even told me to wait to bring it in so I can use their epic sales discounts. As a single mom that is low-income, I appreciated that they were not trying to nickel and dime me. Thank you Firestone!
