I bought a pre-workout yesterday and I didn’t like the flavor. I went to return it today and it was the same worker “Tim” who helped me the day before. He was extremely rude today when I returned it. He said a bunch of disrespectful things such as “you know you got the best flavor you won’t like this one”, “you know we just have to throw this one away and that’s a waste”, “you must have never tried pre-workout before because it’s the vitamins you taste”, “I’m just educating you”, “don’t take offense to my words”, and so much more. All I said was I didn’t like the juicy nectar flavor and wanted to do another flavor then as he was telling me all these things, all I did was saying “okay” with everything he said. When I was leaving I just said “your attitude is very poor” and he responded with “don’t take offense to my words”. It was the rudest conversation and I would have left if I didn’t want to just get my new flavor so I can get it over with. Tim you seem like a very unhappy person, I’m sorry for that and I hope it gets better for you.

The sign on the door says that they close at 8 PM on Saturday. There is a light that says open. But the door is locked. 12-28-24 at 5:56 PM

This location does not have a variety of products like some other GNC locations. However they did have what I needed and the cashier was really nice and helpful.

March 3 2024. It says it’s open and they open at 10am. Even the open sign is on. I pull up and the lights are off and the door is closed. This is the second time this has happened. Why even have the sign on when it’s not even open.

I’m disappointed, I drove to this location at 10:15am. According to google and the business sticker, they open at 10am. So I called numerous times no answer plus the door is locked. I’m assuming maybe they could be using the restroom or something. So I sit in the car until 11:00am. Go bck to the door no answer, no one answered the phone. I’m just upset due to time wasted and the unprofessionalism.

Terrible Customer Service! I walked into this store and there were two male employees behind the counter. No one said hello, no one asked if I had any questions or if I needed help with anything. It was very poor customer service. After spending 15 minutes walking each aisle and not being able to find anything that I needed, I proceeded to walk out and still they didn’t ask if I needed helping finding something. It was disturbing how they just stood behind the counter whispering to each other instead of assisting the only customer in the store smh. I guess they don’t want my business or any business for that matter. With that said, I much rather drive 30 - 40 minutes to Vitamin Shoppe — at the very least I know that I will be greeted when I enter the store and will receive assistance while shopping.

Ashlyn was a sweetheart. I came in and had a ton of questions about different items and she answered each & every one of them to the best of her abilities. She didn't seem fazed/annoyed & didn't rush away even though I would probably have if the roles were switched lol. The store is very nice, clear & very well stocked. Items I have not been able to find at other locations, I found here (& then some).

Tim is very knowledgeable! He is not a used car salesman. He will not sell you something just to make a sale. He sat and listened to me and what I was needing and what I was looking for. He gave great advice. He said this one is tasty this one not so much in his opinion and realized that everyone is different and everyone’s budget is different so he didn’t want to “push” product on me that wasn’t needed. I bought a few things from him. Got home and tried them. He was right on those product. I was impressed. It is honesty and integrity that earns my business. I will continue to shop her because of Tim! Thank you Tim!!!

I have never had a problem with GNC. Yesterday I went in and talked with Tim and he proved to me why! He was knowledgeable, friendly and did not try to sell me on everything in the store. I felt comfortable in my own skin. Most places like GNC that I have been in, because I am overweight, try to sell me every weight loss supplement there is on the counter. Not Tim. He and I talked for 20 or so minutes, he listened to what I was trying to accomplish and he gave a lot of suggestions, but never once did he say "what will it take to get you to buy $1000 worth of product today". He did say this product or that product is the best if you are on a budget or I wouldn't go with this product because of this reason or that reason. I like honesty when I shop. I feel like I got that from Tim. Thank you Tim!!!

When in for a quick shake. Service was unbelievable the young man working there went out of his way to accommodate me and also offer suggestions and took playing a time to help. With employees like that there is no way this company gonna fail in this location.

The staff at this location have always been great. The shelves are always stocked and I have never visited and the item I need, not be on the shelf. I will continue to purchase my pre-workouts and multivitamins here.
