It was my first time in and I was there to have them patch my tire (massive nail in my back right truck tire). Shannon and the staff were so friendly and the place was very clean. They treated me like I was spending $1,000s of dollars on a job even though it was something as small as a patch. Because of that, I will definitely be back for any future maintenance needs. Thank you for treating me more than a "customer".

1st time at Intergrity and I had the best experience ever! My tire sensor was showing that it needed to be inflated and they took care of it in no time! I truly thank you all very much! You all will definitely be my go to auto shop!

Really appreciate the friendly staff and the great service here. I had to come in on a Saturday 25 minutes before close for my state inspection and they got me taken care of (Don't do that if you can help it. I usually arrive early for inspections and call ahead to ask what the wait time is like).Waiting area is nice and comfortable and very clean restrooms. They even have a little kids zone (definitely comes in handy with our 14 month old). Loyal customer for 4 years now, will continue to come back! Thanks again!

Came here for many years but will not be back after I was refused service for an oil change on an older vehicle of mine (early 2000s). They worry about liability on their side rather than you or your business.On top of that, the replacement parts they've used on my vehicles in the past are subpar. When on high, the new blower motor put in my vehicle blows about the same speed as medium used to on the original blower. The new radiator coolant reservoir put on when replacing my radiator doesn't have a good seal and cracked after 1 month. After going back to get that replaced, they used the same poor replacement part and it ended up cracking again. I'm busy and don't have time to keep bringing vehicles in for them to fix the issues they've caused with these bad parts.The poor customer service today is the straw that broke the camel's back.

I’ve taken my truck in for tires here before. They did a great job. So when my wife decided she wanted new wheels and tires, I went back. Found everything she wanted had relatively good experience. So I brought my sons older truck in. It was having issues and I wanted to help him out. I told the counter guy “Bob”, my son was having issues with his a/c and and ugly oil leak.I wanted these things fixed, price was not an issue. I was assured this would be simple enough. Fast forward a few days later, I get a call the “intake manifold” is damaged. My son and I go in to have a look. By my standards, it looks like they damaged it while removing. I called them out on this, but no one wanted to take responsibility. Wanting the whole thing done and over with, I just agreed for a new one.(Welp they are on back order. So I’ve had to hunt one down.)So I have them complete the rest of said work. I was assured at time of payment issues where resolved. Last night my som came and asked me to drive his truck, he wanted me to see the a/c was still not working. He also wanted me to see all the oil leaking, incredibly it leaks more now. So I called the shop and explained my frustration. To which I was told they wouldn’t make excuses, then immediately started to. After some back and forth they told me to bring the truck back and they’d look over it again. I’m not sure that will happen. I’m definitely gonna have a different shop look at it first…. But I will be sure to get my money back.Just check out that quality craftsman’s ship in the photos.

Called like 15 places today to get a lifted truck in for alignment last minute and this place got me in immediately, price was spot on, and got it done in record time!!! So happy with my experience and couldn’t recommend them more!! 10 stars! Thank you guys so much!!!

I went to Jiffy Lube in Providence Village a month ago to get my state inspection. While there, they told me I had a leak in my oil pan but that they could not replace it. As I was leaving Jiffy Lube and driving home, I got a flat. I put my spare on and went to Discount Tire in Cross Roads. I bought one new tire to replace the flat; they told me my other three tires were fine. Fast-forward a week and my tire pressure light is on. I'm in the Frisco area and go to a Discount Tire there for an air check. They tell me I need three new tires within the next 3,000 miles. Now I'm peeved, because not one week ago the Cross Roads Discount Tire told me my tires were fine. So I drive back to them and they're like, "Welllllll, whoever talked to you last week here was wrong; you need three new tires in the near future." So today, I go to Integrity for their opinion. The employee, Luis, tells me my tires are fine. He said two are great and two are in the yellow zone but do not need replacing for a while. He said if he wouldn't tell his mom to replace them, he wouldn't tell a customer to replace them. He told me he would rotate the tires, to spread the tread more evenly around the car, and I also asked if they could fix the leak in my oil pan, to which he said yes. 45 minutes later (and this was on a Saturday!) he comes in and says my tires didn't need to be rotated because Discount Tire rotated them a few weeks ago, and my oil pan doesn't have a leak. He charged me absolutely nothing. I cannot recommend this place enough! It is incredibly hard to find customer service nowadays, and not only was Luis friendly and knowledgeable, but he was honest, kind, and full of integrity (I couldn't resist throwing that in there!)

Great service on my Mini Cooper! Other shops gave me a hard time about doing an oil change and saying they don't do work on Mini Coopers. Greg took care of me!

On a good Friday in 2023 I was taking my wife to work and her car broke down and would not start. I called one other shop in Aubrey and they wanted a 150 dollars just to look at it. So I called Integrity to see if they charge to look at the car, they said no the do not. I also asked if the could get me in today and they said yes not a problem. So I got the car towed there and I met Kyle Waggoner he said they could look at it today. It told him it was probably the battery and like the starter too. I asked him if I could get a ride home to providence village and he said sure. He called me and told me the battery and starter need to be replace and he gave me the cost. I asked if they could help out on the price as we are flat down on our luck. he said let me see what I can do for you and ill call you back. When he called me back he said they could knock off a few bucks off and I was so blessed and gave them the okay to proceed with the work. Kyle told me it would be ready on Saturday before they close at noon.So on Saturday about 9 am Kyle called me and told me the car was ready. I asked if he could pick me up as I have no way to get there and He said sure I can do that. My wife and I are so Blessed with the costumer service that Integrity does even on a Easter holiday weekend. They provide the most honest service to customers. I Highly Recommend the to anyone and will for sure use them again! Job well done Integrity Car Care.we have used the for brakes to in the past. And used the Aubrey location on 380 for tires and they both carry the same customer service as well.

Caviat Emptor. I have used Integrity Car Care before and that's why I went out of my way to have them inspect my Honda CR-Z (hybrid). I am a retired airplane mechanic and take good care of my autos. So imagine my surprise when they said I had that my Honda failed because the passenger wiper and the rear window wiper had a tiny half inch fray on one end. The drivers wiper was fine - which is the only one that would compromise safety. They wanted to up-sell me a set of wipers. I explained that Honda designs their OEM wipers for blade replacements. You have to get them from Honda. They cost 1/3 of the after-market wipers. Some people who own a Honda don't know that. Once you go with after-market wipers on a Honda you are doomed to buy expensive after-market wipers because the mechanic typically throws the OEM wiper frames away. I don't know if it was because I drive a hybrid, am white, or in my 60s, but they chose to ignore the Texas Department of Public Safety Vehicle Repair Form (VRF) they gave me which clearly says, "At the discretion of the motorist, NOT all repairs were performed." That means it is the motorists choice to repair or not. In point of fact, wipers are NOT even listed as an item on that form that needs to be repaired. They should not have failed it on that basis. I went right over to Honda and bought the new set of wipers for $36. I will not be back to Integrity because trying to strong-arm a customer for up-selling is a despicable practice. And if you don't want to be taken "for a ride" I suggest you find somewhere else to have your car worked on.

My car transmission went out while I was travelling. This shop took great care of me. They were very helpful and worked with my American auto shield company to get my car repaired very quickly. I recommend them very highly.

Integrity Car Care would receive a 10 star approval rating from me if they allowed it. Environment is friendly and staff is extremely knowledgeable. Waiting room is completely clean and comfortable. Appearance of the facility inside and out is beautifully kept and well maintained. Ms. Shannon is a true gem! She knows her stuff. Very kind and knowledgeable herself and was also able to squeeze me in last minute toward the end of the day.Mechanics also did a phenomenal job with oil change and tire rotation.
