The team provides excellent, very professional, and completely honest service, described as very kind, attentive, and not at all pushy. Customers feel catered to from the moment they walk in, with an experience that feels like home. The shop itself is super cute with a sweet smell of wood. Repairs and rehairs are done quickly, look fantastic and as good as new, often at very reasonable and affordable prices. The violins are of great quality with a stunning sound. The shop supports the community, growing the next generation of luthiers and supporting local music programs. Their rental program is highly praised, with fees applying directly toward purchase. Highly recommended, it is considered the absolute best and worth the drive, providing a much better and different experience than other shops.
I visited to get my violin bow rehaired. It was such a quick process. I was able to wait, and it was done in just about an hour. The price is very reasonable, and it looks fantastic. I will definitely be returning in the future for any of my violin needs.
