Miranda was such a help today. I came in looking to dye my hair & she recommended the prefect product (Manic Panic Complete Hair Lightening Kit). I had previously used bleach free dye so my hair had a slight Amber/Copper tint but I needed it brighter. I told her what type of developer I would prefer which was 30vol & we talked over the steps when applying which I knew (Brad Mondo) but needed confirmation! I love the color & I’m at home looking like a Chocolate Ginger Snap Cookie! She was so helpful & easy to talk to, making me feel comfortable & confident the task I gave myself! Again Thank You Miranda!!!!!!!

I've never had a truly memorable experience at a Sally Beauty, but today my son (3) and I visited so I could purchase some hair supplies. Miranda brought my son stickers and allowed him to choose his favorites, and proceeded to help put them on him while I finished my shopping. When we left he said "Mama! Mirwanda made me sooo happy for these stickers!" So we'll definitely be back here again when I need to restock. Thank you for the great customer service, ladies!

The manager Rebecca is so nice and kind. She went above and beyond to help me. She was very kind and helpful. She helped me find the color dye I was looking for and gave me wonderful recommendations of products and she helped me with her knowledge on products. She helped me find the right color and product to use that would help me accomplish and achieve the color I wanted that would have the least amount of damage on my hair. She was absolutely amazing. I would also like to mention she took her time. The store was also closing and she didn’t rush me and she went past closing time to help me. She gave excellent customer service. She also helped and welcome other customers while assisting me. She politely excused herself and came right back to help me. In the process of the store closing a customer called and she was helping me and she assisted him because she was still open. I had to write a review I was very impressed and she was very helpful.

Just left the store and the two staff members were beyond amazing! My 3yr old was not feeling the most cooperative and they helped entertain him so I could get my shopping done, while answering my questions! Amazing customer service

It should not be so hard to return shampoo and conditioner that makes my hair greasy for either an exchange or refund. The front lady told me she couldn’t give me a full refund and didn’t know how to do an even exchange. She also told me she couldn’t call corporate because they were not open on a Saturday. I’m on the phone with them right now so they are open and she lied. But it’s a bit ridiculous I have to go to the trouble of doing her job to resolve a return issue. I won’t be going to Sally’s anymore after this experience. I will buy my products online. The cashiers need to know the difference between even exchanges and returns. They also need to be able to resolve return issues by calling corporate instead of making up lame excuses that they aren’t open over a weekend. They lost my business and I guess that’s why this location and others have only 2 stars including corporate. Won’t go back and their products ruin your hair. I’ve tried several.Even corporate could not resolve this issue because the original person who did the transaction didn’t know the difference btwn an even exchange and a return so she processed my products incorrectly. They still can not give me a refund and I will escalate this to the top. This company and all Sally’s stores have 1-2 stars what does that tell you? They will go bankrupt soon bc no one will put up with this sort of customer service. Oh and I spent an hour on the phone with corporate.

I use to go here regularly because one of the associate’s, ally was the best. She always answered my questions and gave me amazing advice. I found out today she’s quitting because the new manager there is discriminating against her. I won’t be returning to this Sally’s. She was hands down the best employee there. I hope HR finds out about this.

Convenient location right in Cross RoadsThis location is actually between Starbucks and The UPS Store on 380 in Cross Roads, it is not near Preston Road near Prosper.The map pin should be getting updated, the store said they're working on getting it fixed and I've also submitted a correction to Maps.(Map pin has been updated and is now correct)

I went into the store to purchase hair supplies. My experience was less than desirable.
1. I went to pay with a $100 bill and they could not provide me change. I reduced my order so that I can use the $20 bill I had instead.
2. I was juggling an active toddler and my purchases. I had an empty Starbucks cup that I asked if they could throw away. Apparently their trashcans were full and would not accommodate my 1 cup.
In isolation this is bad customer service. Coupled with the vibe I was getting from 2 of the 3 employees, it made the experience more significant. I'll spend my money where it is better received.
I will NOT be returning.
