I’ve taken my kids here many times. Today was AWFUL. Reluctantly let Stephanie trim my daughter’s hair. The second we left my daughter was in tears. Stephanie was rough with her brushing; catching her ears multiple times and yanking her hair. Pretty common sense not to yank and drag your comb through tangled hair. The cut is completely uneven. This wasn’t some crazy style request. A TRIM. Never again will she be used. Never had this issue in the past with the other stylists.
Avoid Stephanie. She needs a reminder in how to treat customers.

Worst hair cut ever didnt even did what I have asked for and charged me extra 20$ charge saying you took more time so more money. I didnt expect from your place. If I have paid MVP and I didn’t understand why for having a hard cut on the scalp is extra 10$ and another extra 10$ for taking 10 min of extra time she wanted did it so slowly and asking me to pay extra 10$ for more time . I have never ever seen any hair cut place to charge customers based on time. Worst customer service ever from sports clip at this branch. There was no detail hair cut its simple plain from my measurement and picture which I have showed I never paid extra whenever ever I am here. Even when I was saying no one charged me ever when I had the hard part still she told me she will charge for that and extra time. Even when she did a very bad hair cut where she has cut my hair too short I didn’t got angry but when she charged me over time money and hard part cut money I was not happy at all.

I was the first time user but one of the lady at this store did not let me apply the coupons that I had. Kind of rude with new customer and thank you for making it my last visit with you all. This was the lady who did not provide service to me, She intervened in between from nowhere. Her face was full of makeup shadowing her brain’s functionality.

Came here thinking it was a super cuts and then felt so bad realizing it was a sports clips because I have long hair and it’s primarily a men’s place BUT Kelcie still gave me the most incredible hair cut it was so fast and the place was running so smoothly and the girls were super friendly! Thanks for letting me still get my haircut despite me having no clue where I was. You’re all wonderful!

We were in dire need of a haircut and Ms.Destiny did a wonderful job! The staff is really friendly and attentive but she took her time to make sure my husband's cut was as clean and neat as possible and did a great job with his troublesome cowlick. Not only do I recommend this location but Destiny in particular because of how lovely she was through the appointment!

This is only the 3rd revie I have ever posted and first for a haircut. I just had MABLE cut my hair and let me tell you, she was AWESOME. She is by far the sweetest and most outgoing stylist I think I have ever met. Additionally, she was very meticulous and the haircut she gave me was phenomenal. I could not expect anything better.
