I called this morning to see if my doctor called in my son‘s prescription, and the customer service here was very professional, and the woman on the phone was very kind to me!

I have endured a significant amount of trouble getting prescriptions filled by this store. After many, many times getting ill experiencing withdrawals due to medications being “back ordered”, and them blaming the government and manufacturers, I finally got to the root of the issue, needling them for more info after they finally told me that I have to call to remind them every day that I am waiting for my meds because if your order is not filled within two days, they place it “on hold” which means that it is taken off the list to be filled. Then they fill the next orders that are placed, ignoring your order because it is in that black hole of “on hold”. Yes, you read that correctly. You may be in agony for two weeks waiting for your medication while they fill someone else’s order placed that same day the new shipment comes in 3 days later, 5 days later, etc. every shipment until you call and place your order again. You have to order, reorder, and reorder again until they finally get around to filling it. I learned that their software takes a bad situation and makes it 100x worse because it is incapable of managing back orders, and the staff does absolutely nothing to try to make things better or right for the customers. They even tried to say that they call to tell customers that their medications are out of stock - that has NEVER happened in 7.5 years of using this location. They simply don’t fill the order until you reorder with better timing and the stars have aligned. With that said, I’m done! Walmart has literally made my illnesses worse on many occasions, even costing my job last year.

They’re always friendly and respectful. This is a busy store and retail pharmacy workers have a difficult job. I appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would! Called for over an hour and no answer. Blocked my number and got an answer and then he pretended he couldn’t hear me and hung up. Guess my prescriptions I just moved there will go elsewhere. They gave me the wrong medication and I can’t even get an answer. HORRIBLE service! Incompetent at the least.

One of the worst pharmacies you can fill a prescription through. They don't pick up the phone and aren't friendly/inviting upon approaching the counter. Many changes need to be made here. Fill it somewhere else trust me.

This 5 stars is only because the customer service from Skyler is so good. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service that you don’t see anymore!

Today in the morning i felt uncared for,this the second time it has happened to me ,whenever i go to pick up the medicine they tell me it not yet sent,my daughter was in pain i went to the doctor and she gave me a hardcopy of the prescription after taking it the pharmacist told me to wait for one hour.I practically cried.

TEN STARS!!! I love the ppl and service at Crossroads pharmacy - they have never failed me in over 6 years! Professional and fast —and if I have items in my cart from other departments, they offer to check them out. Can’t get any better than that! Honest truth. And, they smile and are courteous. ♥️??

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because Walmart’s supply chain has failed to procure some of our medicines and we sometimes have to use other pharmacies.

White guy with a strong accent pharmacist decided he wanted to cosplay as a physician and told me he’d need to talk to all of my doctors at once(primary, gastroenterologist, rheumatologist, pain management, not sure but he said all “at once”) in order to approve my medications. Guy was side eyeing me hard, obviously judging me because of the medication I take. This was at 8:00pm on a Friday before Christmas weekend. I’ve been on these medications for over a decade and have been to this pharmacy in the past, have never dealt with this before.

I've had to call to see the status of two different prescriptions only to find out there are issues and are unable to be filled. Walmart has made no attempt to contact me about either one. I'm not sure if it is laziness or just poor customer service but blaming the physicians office for their lack of communication is ridiculous.

They tell you something is in stock and then call you later and say they can’t fill it. Wasted 2 days dealing with them.

The Staff and the Pharmacist are awesome. The Pharmacist is very good in administering injection, never felt it at all.

The shelves of the grocery section are always picked over and poorly restocked. I can rarely find what I need because they’re always out.
