Posted for my sister …It wouldnt even be one star if that was an option. I put a goose down duvet comforter to be cleaned at this cleaners and when I picked it up, I picked up someone else’s duvet. I took it back and they told me that it was mine and that they don’t make mistakes and I ended up having to take someone else’s comforter. So I paid $66 for someone else’s comforter to be cleaned. I hope someone else enjoys my comforter that was very expensive. This comforter was about half the size of my comforter and if you ask, why did I not notice it when I picked it up they just put it in my backseat along with the duvet cover and because it was wrapped up tight I just did not notice it. The lady here is extremely rude. I would never take anything to this place ever again be very careful with your stuff here.

Everyone is really nice! They do an awesome job with alterations and dry cleaning. It's the only place I will use. We have multiple cleaners in Joshua but I drive to Crowley for this one.

Got my uniform dress jacket back with 2 buttons missing. They are almost 2 inches in diameter, how do yoy not notice that you have torn them off. Went back and was told it was my fault and I should check my buttons. They did have my buttons but didn't reach out to me. Oh and my pants came back COVERED in animal hair.

Poor ironing on my shirts over a few visits. Rust stains on my fav shirt. No willingness to help. They shiuldn't be in this business if they can't take pride in their work. Find another place.

Always have had a decent experience. They are relatively quick and reasonable on prices. Expect to pay up front and more for using a card. Overall Positive experience but is difficult to access due to street configuration.

They always do a wonderful job with my husband's clothes. He likes heavy starch with creases. It's very affordable and they take good care of his clothes. 2 years ago they also cleaned my wedding dress and did a great job on that too!
