Benjamin Stein (Branch Banker) was very helpful and helped my daughter open her first checking account right before closing when NOBODY ELSE WOULD. We went to six other banks prior (one was 1 hr before closing) and was told we’d need to set an appointment cause they were about to close. Came to PNC and Benjamin greeted us with a smile and helped us open her account with no issues whatsoever. Excellent customer service.

Would give 0 stars!! This bank is AWFUL as a whole. They hold funds and checks for no reason, provide wrong/inconsistent information day-to-day, bankers don’t do anything to help resolve issues, and employees constantly get amounts wrong when completing deposits or giving cash back then try to argue with you or play ignorant when you attempt to resolve it. If you want to deal with unnecessary issues every single time you try to do banking there, then this is the place for you!

The lion’s share of negative reviews seem to be from people who are salty about this no longer being a BBVA. I’ve had a PNC virtual wallet account since 2012, and I have never had anything but awesome experiences with PNC. I was STOKED when a branch opened up right down the street in Crowley— got rid of my Chase account and have been banking exclusively with PNC ever since. Never charged any fees, they refund my ATM transaction fees (even the expensive ones at Winstar, y’all), and I’m currently earning 5% interest on a savings account that I can access/use at anytime; no withdrawal fees and no questions asked. Every time I have gone into this branch, I have been greeted warmly and pointed in the right direction. I recently worked with Kimi to wipe out an annoying CC balance for which I was getting charged crazy interest each month, and she set me up with a simple, straightforward payment plan that is much more manageable than trying to dig out of CC interest. I am a very happy PNC customer and am looking forward to working with this branch more in the future.

Don't use this bank. The fees are outrageous and the Notary needs to take a class in construction notaries. She is clueless and helpless. 0 stars I can't wait to quit the bank !

Since the moment I started my account with PNC 2 years ago- I have continued to be a satisfied customer! I am always treated very well and any question or issue I come up with is always resolved.Today At the Crowley location, Miguel was very wonderful helping me and I am very thankful for him- and PNC in general.

The lackluster speed of service at this branch is ridiculous there are literally offices with workers not serving clients...I waited over an hour to finally be told that the card machine is not working...I was totally robbed of choice, because if I would have known this information an hour previous to my never ending wait I could have just left and tried to return at a later time. And if you cannot pay me for my wasted hour then don't reach out!

I visit this branch just about on a monthly basis. Every visit it’s always a consistent professional experience. Everyone greets me and processes my requests in a timely manner. Highly recommend

Not a business customer, friendly bank. Business customers no longer have access to a drive-thru lane. This is very inconvenient, to say the least.

I was originally a BBVA customer before they switched to PNC. I have stuck it out for sometime now trying to let them settle in to see if it got better. Unfortunately it has not gotten better. This location especially is awful. The customer service is terrible and they don't make you feel welcome like the original crew at BBVA. I only see 1 familiar face anymore and she seems less happy. She always was so happy and kind. Now she seems miserable and has to force a smile. I hate this for her and their customers. The app is awful compared to the BBVA app and it's like playing roulette if it is going to work that day. Sometimes my card works and other times it doesn't. I recently inquired at a few other banks and have plans to move. I was really hoping they would get there stuff together, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

The Assistant Manger kendrick was very rude I had fraud on my account and he wasn’t willing to help me ! Please don’t bank with them ! I close my account afterwards being with them 7yrs but I’m really big on customer service Mr.Kendrick was bad example of bad customer service

This bank certainly doesn't make it's customers feel valued at all. I inquired with Carina and Tony about having a fee waived on my credit card account after making the payment 2 days late due to lapse of thought, and always making my payments on time. I was declined the fee waiver without any valid explanation. Thanks for the consideration, PNC.

Trying to get my 2021 bank statements printed off… BBVA was switched to PNC in October..The representative claimed that I needed to have them shipped to me…The Bryant Irvin location in Ft Worth is much better..will have all of them printed off and ready to pick up. This is the second time I’m going out of my way to drive to this location because of the poor customer service at this one & a couple others. Don’t waste your time trying to get help at this location.

Leave this bank ASAP. No response to customer issues. Since Compass was acquired (which was bad enough), things have gotten worse.
