Love this place!! I was sceptikal of it because of all the negative reviews I had seen but I took a leap of faith and it's been nothing but a great journey they have been nothing but kind and understanding would highly recommend to anyone!! Ps:Hudson is the best when my car stopped working he got it back to me in just a few days.

Bought a car about a month ago and I am thoroughly pleased. I have been looking at cars from them for about a year and each time Christa was pleasant and answered all my questions. I finally decided to purchase something and she made my process so easy. I thought it was too good to be true. She got me approved and my paperwork setup before I made it to the dealership. All I had to do was sign and drive away. I definitely recommend them and will purchase from them again!

Byrd's Auto will continuously have business from me. We purchased a family vehicle from them in 2018, and currently looking for a 2nd vehicle. I live an hour and 10 minutes away. They've serviced my vehicle for oil changes, and also sent a tow truck to us when we couldn't bring it in for a service repair. I've contacted them on multiple occasions to know about inventory and they're always helpful and point me in the right direction. I've never had to complain about anything, their costumer service is amazing.

When I tell you Christa made the process so easy! I hate having my time wasted, I was approved before I walked in to the dealership, sent all documents via email. Once going in dealership all I did was sign the contract! The was easiest, fastest process ever! Christa is so nice and friendly and made sure I was taken care of! She’s the best!!

OMG! I have to say Christa was the best! I sent over all of my paperwork to get processed and before I even came in she had gotten me approved for the vehicle I wanted. Even suggested cheap insurance for me as well. Helped me get a reasonable ride real fast. Literally frfr took me about 15 minutes to test drive and sign and I was out the door! Contact her today! Send her that paperwork and drive fast off the lot! 10/10!

Highly recommend this company will work with you with any situation. As long as you let them know what’s going on they’re going to work with you have never had an issue with them I have had my vehicle for almost 2 1/2 years now and couldn’t be happier with the company I picked.

Great lady to work with, but the car I got is junk. Within 2 weeks 3 out of 4 window motors went out, struts went out, engine makes knocking noise. Of course this was right after the 3000 mile warranty ended.
