“Just got a $20 monthly membership for essentially unlimited car washes, what a deal! I started going with our new tesla (with a black paint job) because I had heard they use soft brushes and have been pleased that there have been zero swirl marks on our car. They give you a complimentary wipe down on the way out as well, to dry off the spots that weren't gotten by the fan in the drive thru wash.”

“I signed up for continuous monthly auto payments earlier. I was treated respectfully and courteously. I was extremely satisfied with my car washes ( I park under a sappy oak tree!) Then I went through recently and my account was closed. They worked hard to figure it out. But, in the end it was on my side of the credit card that went south. During the attempt to get a wash that wasn't working, I was given a FREE wash. Then I left to figure out the issue, which was mine. That free wash was awesome.
Figuring out my issue, I returned to sign up again. Tanner and Allie were so patient and kind listening to my explanation, signing me up again, and sending me through the wash.
I picked Tommy's randomly due to location. However, I am sooo happy I did. THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT!!!”

“I Went to Varsity Express Car Wash for the first time this past week. When I pulled up the owner was helping jumpstart a customer’s car. It’s not that often that you see the owner of a business out doing actual customer service and helping a customer. It was refreshing to see this. Not to mention, a great wash with towels, vacuums and cleaning products in spray bottles so I can get my vehicle super clean. Great wash! I will definitely be back!”

“Good car wash, the vacumes always work. I'm a bit disappointed in the quality of the wash it doesn't get your vehicle quite clean. I have the monthly membership and I visit twice a week. But the staff is nice. I pay for 2 monthly memberships for my cars and I pay for gold level. But I go back because the staff is always nice.”

I always come here and everybody seems to be always so nice and they draw your car off for you when exiting that’s a perk in my opinion because I’m a woman and I don’t wanna sit in the hot sun to dry my car off so thank you!!”

“You can get a really good deal here better than most car washes for a monthly service you can go as many times as you want sometimes they have a piece of equipment down or something but usually is okay. But I'm definitely go with the monthly service thing.”
“Yes I really like going to this one it's over off of McCart and 20 it's very clean always kept up the guy who does it is doing a very good job if any of the machines messed up they returned the money and fix the machine very kept up very good place to visit to do a load of laundry”
“I have been here numerous times as it’s just a few blocks from me. Never had any issues or problems. Staff is always friendly and helpful if needed.
I will note I went in 2/27 and it was packed. We prob were in line 15/20 mins for a wash. No biggie, it was a nice day. I don’t know how on a busy day, how accurate your wash is. I paid $15 for the premium wash that comes with a wheel blast and shine. At other locations as well as previous washes at B&K, I know a tire shine looks like. After this wash, I do not see this as a tire shine and I’ve had better washes here previously as well as other car washes. The entire back of the car didn’t get the foamy pre wash brush (by the employee) so it’s still dirty, ugh.
Not sure I’ll be back with inconsistent service. Side note - they do have free vacuums.”

“Jordan was so sweet and attentive. It’s a hot day and moving back and forth for the towels and mat cleaners is miserable- I am so thankful someone went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to do too much walking back and forth. Backseats + toddlers= lots of towels needed. I have been coming here for years and employees like Jordan are why I will drive as far as I do to use Whitewater!!”
