Tried to get hold removed from Check in my account so I could pay bills. Lady refused and proceeded to threaten me with police if I didn't leave location.

Chase said they couldn't verify the income tax check that I deposited and as a result they decided to freeze my account for 2 weeks. After the 2 week period they closed my account. This is the 3rd week that I have not been able to access my own money. The emptied my account and said they are sending me in the mail checks for the balance. So I am leaving Chase after about 20 years of being with them. My credit score took a hit due to payments not being made. This is insane

This Chase is really bad as I banked here its stinks. What I mean is ATTITUDES. From the Bank Mgr to the tellers. I will never come here to do my banking again. THE BANK Mgr NEEDS to find another JOB if she DOES KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE. The tellers are horrible, also Customer Service and folks $$$$$$ is the name of the game

My elderly mother took out money and was shorted 200$. They have cameras but can't look at them? She is new to the drive thru. So she didn't realize she could hit a call button to talk to the teller. She immediately drove to the front and walked in. They told her to check her purse and then counted the drawer. Who knows what happened but she left without the 200$. The sadest part is that was her money for the church. The manager Amber would not help her. When I called she didn't seem to care that my mom had an account there for 20 plus years. She took it out the next day. When I called amber she seemed to be annoyed when I asked her if this really happened! My retired registered nurse mother had never made any kind of accusation until that day. What has happened to customer service? I'm so upset and frustrated because they would not help her over 200$. I have had a chase account and will be moving my money!

I clearly can see that this branch has a difficult time answering the phone. Not sure if it is laziness or pure ignorance. Thanks for the great customer service.

Very rude people. Also, please understand that if my deposit in the deposit slip is less than the cash I give you, I get change back! Simple logic.

The inside ATM took $1000 CASH as a deposit and never posted it to my account. Now they say it wasn't processed and I wont have access to my deposited funds. This is for my business, not a personal account. This is my last time being screwed by Chase.

Deposit my check into my fiancee account they cleared it then put hold on account with no information as to why.after 7 business days we went up to the bank where they told us the account was closed even tho we still had 3 business days left before closure date. Even the lady admitted we should've been on time

This bank has the worst customer service ever. The employees are rude and the branch manager is not any better. This lady walked in today to get something notarized, and that takes less than 5 minutes. They were rude, told her she could go across the street, even though she would have to pay. She showed her private client member card, and apparently that doesn’t mean anything anymore. They were not even busy! Nobody else in that bank but us. I couldn’t believe how rude they were! Something needs to be done about this place. This appears to be the only bank that does NOT accept walk-ins!!! The tellers were goofing off. The manager was rude. The lady with the sing song voice was not helpful. The other lady at her desk was texting on her cell phone when the lady at the counter said she was busy. Wow. They were short with me. It’s insane. Something needs to be done about this!!!!

Definitely needs a new branch manager. So rude here and employees mirror the managers behavior and act the same way. With how many complaints against this bank, I’m shocked nothing has been done about it.
