Since my last post this store has gone down hill with managers being very rude with customer service. They lady manager was so rude when I when to return a fan without the original box. Maybe it is the stress making people act out so foolishly. Regardless we are the community that provides your pay checks. With out our community you would not have a job. Why do people think they can treat loyal customers so poorly. What is up with the district and corporate in charge you need to really pay attention how you pay attention.

Daniel from garden helped me with my car battery. He took it out of my car and took it inside the store to have it tested, he even tested my alternator! I had to return to buy a new battery and Charles helped me get the new battery and put it in my car. It was 105 outside! Charles walked with me to return the old battery. I am beyond grateful as I am disabled and don't get around very well. Thank you Charles and Daniel. Great customer service!

I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Walmart bakery team, especially the store manager, for their incredible generosity and kindness! They donated 240 cupcakes and a stunning two-tier cake for Crowley ISD's back-to-school convocation for employees. Their support and thoughtfulness mean the world to us. Had associates of Walmart follow me and my significant around the store pointing and laughing(Asia) the work associate and whoever she may hangout while working with.I was just trying to get my groceries and leave.
