I have purchased a ton of items here over the years and had good luck until today. They had a little wine fridge that wasn't plugged in at the store. I didn't know for sure that it would work and understood that I wouldn't get cash back if it didn't work. That said, every other pawn shop I've ever dealt with has offered store credit for items that didn't function upon purchase. These guys didn't do that. They said I should have paid more for the peace of mind warranty if I wanted to be protected. Though I've bought here for years, I won't be back.

I drove about two hours just to find a place that'll give me a good deal for my things. They didnt just give me a good price for my things but there also very nice and professional! The girl helping me out was the nicest person ever, her name was Alma. My first time here but definitely not the last!

Kimberly and Alma were very friendly and helpful 2 thumbs up thanks y'all rock. Only one problem. You would think that if they have inventory for sale in the store that they would have tested that product from whomever they purchased it from in the first place so I got the drill home and it does not even work and still haven't gotten it to work so there goes $48 down the drain unless I can find a resolution with them tomorrow when they reopen

went here to pawn my Nintendo switch they told me they wasn't taking it because it didn't have the original cord but yet sold switches with no power cords or docks...they are scammers and need to be shut down

I just went there and bought a Bosch hammer drill , one hour and it stopped working . I went back and they like you should have bought the warranty. So you guys know that you selling crap to people and won't stand behind your service . Any where you buy something and try to return it they take it back . But not at this place . Highly don't recommend it

I had to pawn a guitar and missed the due date and it got pulled. I went in to the store and it was on the wall. They wouldnt let me put it on layaway. They said since it was mine I had to pay all the interest and everything to get it back. But I have been paying interest on this loan since march. Renwing it several times. I've already paid enough interest to rebuy the guitar brand new. Once it's pulled and on the shelf, it's for sale to the public. This is discrimination. I was going to make a complaint when I got my guitar out about the employees taking items home on weekends. I tune my guitars before I bring them in. And I got one guitar out that was all out of tune due to being played. The guitar won't go out of tune that bad if it's just sitting in its case. I also read another review about a gun that a customer pawned and when he picked up there was evidence it had beem fired. I don't have any evidence of this but I was planning on making a complaint about it anyway, so public beware.

First they lied when I asked if they had AirPods and said “several”, when I came in they only had one pair. Then after all that they sold me fake AirPods for a high price. Really disappointed.
