I have NOT been to Crowley Service center for a few years. Funnily enough my debit card was stolen and on the same day it was stolen was used at the Crowley Service Center so obviously they DO NOT check ID. I do not care how great the work is if I am paying via stolen debit card because Crowley Service center does NOT verify ID. BTW I have proof my car was in the shop at Nissan from 7:30-8: pm 12-28-2022 UNTIL 3:00 pm 12-29-22. CSC is just as liable as the thief by not checking ID. I will be stopping by tomorrow or Tuesday. Will also be contacting the attorney general of Texas. I am a senior citizen a disabled!!!!!!!

I read the mixed reviews and was kinda hesitant, but really didn't have much of a choice with a car that the starter went out on. I ordered the part and my husband was fairly confident he could replace it... Until he got under there and tried ? thankfully these guys are nearby. A neighbor even said he takes his vehicles there when it's something he can't do in his own vehicles. While I'm sure others have had experiences they weren't happy with, I'm beyond thrilled with my experience.1- He started on it that evening and finished it the next morning.2- The price I was quoted was far less than any other would have, and that was the price I paid. I only paid labor for it since I had the new starter with me.3- Both gentlemen were very kind, and neither treated me as many other places do...a woman who doesn't know anything so jack up prices and claim other repairs are needed.4- I paid with a card, and the owner didn't get upset for even a second about it.This is my experience with them that I wanted to share. I will definitely be bringing my car back for any repairs it may need in the future!

Very unprofessional and do not keep up with their prices. Was told one price which was $950 (including parts & labor) over the phone TWICE (before they got started) then when it was time to pick up my vehicle the price changed to $750 (I bought my own parts so price should have decreased). I understand that can happen but it's only when you find more things going on. I bought my own parts which should have taken my amount down by $600 but they still tried to charge me $750. Then found out that with one of the services I paid for they don't do alignment which is a requirement per the part that had to be replaced. When it was time to check out, he got mad stating that now he's going to lose more money because I paid with my card. I said Sir if you it's CASH ONLY, I would have had no problem getting cash out the bank. Service was good but communication and customer service was not so good. Will not be going back here. I asked for an invoice and part receipt for a part he bought at the last minute but was told he don't show receipts ? Seems like shops have been overcharging lately without an explanation til its time to pick up the vehicle.

My engine light came on,along with the traction control and cruise control light. By the time I reached there they were closed, Mr. Steven was leaving and said don’t worry he will help me. Within minutes he fixed the issue. They have a customer for life. Highly recommend them.

Honest. Honest. Honest! And as someone else said, if they can't fix it, they'll refer you to someone who can. Have been using them a couple of decades. Always check with them first! Support small, local biz!

Have taken my car here a few times now and the staff is very honest and helpful. They've saved me tons with their work , as well as are up front if they can't get something done - even referring me to others. Most recent, and hoses corrode in the coolant line and Christian brothers quoted me $1200 to fix (it's $150 worth of parts). CSC got it done and fixed for 270 out the door. Even had a recurring window issue they fixed on the house while it was there. Will continue to take my car there

I typically don't write reviews but this one is, at the very least, well deserved. These guys are amazing. We drove an hour and a half just to make sure our vehicle was in the right hands.
